Flawless !!! When ever I have an problem I get a response live and FAST... To me that is so awesome and valuable. FOR THE CELL PHONE APP... Can you make it so that I can have a CUSTOME CHIME... that would be helpful. :-)

Pros

Unlike GoDaddy. CHATWAY has instant customer support. That's valuable to me. Because I'm like GoDaddy they answer almost immediately or GoDaddy doesn't give a shit that you're a client. \[sensitive content hidden\]

Cons

So far I have zero problems. I am just starting out and can't do $9 per agent... So it would be nice if 2 agents for the same price. so I took my wife off as an Agent because of that. I wish it could say what I don't like about it BUT I have nothing to complain about other than I need to know how to run the plugin better...

Pros

I really enjoy the interface ease and convenient chat option while on the go. As a mom and someone who often conducts business and checks on my shop, while away from my workstation, I need a way to see my shop and chats quickly and all in one place.

Cons

The only downside of Chatway is the fact that the free plan is limited, and there is no description of what the paid plan entails. Thus not a real incentive to upgrade. If I upgrade and it is not worth it, I am going to be displeased because I wasted money.

Pros

How easy is it to implement? The experience so far has been very delightful. Great application for your commercial website.

Cons

Nothing yet so far. From the onset to full deployment, it has been very easy to accomplish, given the real needs of a demanding business.

To this point it has been very easy to use and it is beneficial to the customer and business operator as well.

Pros

I like having the ability to chat with our customers and answer questions that they might have. It is beneficial for the customer and business operator as well. Helping the customer and gaining valuable feedback from chatting is important.

Cons

I'm not always near my computer or mobile device due to other responsibilities. Chatting doesn't have to happen the very second a customer sends a message but the sooner the reply, the better.

It was so easy to chat with Chatway. In a busy world it made it easy for clients to communicate right away. An awesome tool to use to prevent your potential customers from going elsewhere. This way I can chat right away and answer all questions.

Pros

It was so easy to use and very functional. I love the way it appears on your page right away. This is one of the best things that has happened to me and I feel good about leveling up!

Cons

I actually don’t have anything bad to say. It’s perfect for me. Everyone needs this for their website businesses.

The customer support is amazing. They really went out of there way to help resolve the issues I was having with the chat box. The way they held my hand to assist me with the lack of my knowledge of technology. They were great.

Cons

No cons stand up people. Really went the extra step for me. I don’t have a bad thing to say. The would definitely recommend them.

Super easy to set up and use, have gotten a few leads in the first few days.

Cons

All seems great, i can't really complain, but they check in a fair amount to make sure it's working, before anyone had a chance to use it.

Chatway's live chat feature integrated seamlessly into my website and is very easy to use. I receive an email and a push notification from the app when someone chats with me. Customers report a very intuitive experience as well. I love the free plan to ensure the product will work for us in the long run. It has a very generous free plan.

Cons

So far, it is meeting all of my business's expectations and needs. We may need additional functions in the future, but it's currently perfect for our use case.

Pros

Chatway was easy to set up. The prompts directed you what to fill out and how the widget would look.

Cons

I would prefer that Chatway was a free program with the added features of the pro plan, minus the multiple agents. I feel that the fees should be charged if a company has multiple agents

o chat ainda não tem a opção do aplicativo aparecer completamente em português-brasil para o usuário, mas acredito que o chatway já está trabalhando nisso!

Very good. Easy use so I’m happy. I have no qualms and I can see how many will benefit from this app. It makes communicating with clientele very simple.

Pros

So far so good. It’s very easy to use and I get a few messages here and there. I haven’t used it too much, but I can say it’s very simple and works so I love that.

Cons

I got a few silly messages, but those are just weirdos on the web. No faults,really. I feel it is a good app many will benefit from.

And since you can choose almost any language it was the best choice for me.
