I like that is mobile friendly and is not weighing my site down.

Cons

I wish there were some more customizations like if i wanted to set up different messages for the cart/checkout i could do that.

Pros

Simple and effective, the free version is ideal for a small business.

Cons

Sometimes it’s a little hard to know how the online/offline schedule works, maybe is just our fault!

Their free plugin has everything you need as a small business to get in touch with your website visitors, they don't automatically force you to upgrade to a PRO version in order to use the chat system like, most plugins I tried before.

Pros

It's the best plugin and app I've ever used, their support staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

Cons

Nothing it's a perfect app. I have nothing I don't like

I couldn't use their plugin without upgrading to a paid version, their free version doesn't even show you how their PRO version works, I've bought useless plugin's before and immediately regretted cos they don't do what they promise.

Set up was very simple and the live chat worked right away.

so far, i have really enjoyed Chatway...I think it can only get so much better from here.

Pros

I enjoy the simplicity of integrating into our website and the ease of use, whether on desktop or through the mobile app.

Cons

can't say I don't like anything about it just yet, it has worked well. what I would offer here is; perhaps the ability to add customized preset chat responses. or potentially implementing AI to learn my conversations for quick responses as to not miss opportunities.

Chatway is amazing. Super easy to understand and install. Within hours of adding it my website, a customer messaged me which lead to a sale. This has repeated almost daily and usually, if the customer hadn’t had a fast way to get in touch, they wouldn’t have purchased from me. It’s been incredibly valuable for my business and has boosted my customer’s experience tremendously.

Pros

Chatway is incredibly simple to understand and install.

Cons

The downside of how simple it is is that there aren’t a ton of extra features.

Chatway allows ample to to sample the product without first have to make a large financial commitment.

Cons

When responding to a customer using an IPhone, I can’t differentiate between my response or another administrators response to the same thread. .
