Pros

Simplicity and functionality of it all is off the charts. Ease of set up and deployment for a team of customer representatives is quite intuitive with the app and I think it can be improved a little more, although cosmetic changes can also help to reduce clutter and help customize it for each use case

Cons

The ability to set up different chat windows in different sections or pages of a website is nice to have, enables tailored messaging and communication

Thier Live Chat application makes it much easier to stay in contacg with the customers.

Cons

Functionality and ease of use. Receiving an Email with customer inquiries make it easy to get back to customers in need
