Beschwert man sich, wird man durchgereicht und auf Fragen nicht geantwortet und die Frechtheit ist dann, dass am Ende das "Ticket" geschlossen wird. Drecksladen.

Pros

Vor Vertragsschluss wird alles Versprochen, da ist man freundlich. Sobald der Vertrag unterschrieben ist und man das Geld hat, Fehlanzeige. Das kennt man sonst von Drückerkolonnen. Ich habe erst danach erfahren, dass die Mitarbeiter im Wesentlichen nur auf Provisionen arbeiten, das erklärt einiges.

Cons

Es wurden Leistungen versprochen, dei dann, nach der Unterschrift, nicht erbracht wurden und man wurde wieder und wieder auf später vertröstet. Als ich dann den Vertrag widerrufen wollte, weigert man sich und dass auch monatliche Beträge abgebucht werden, die im Vertrag nicht geklärt sind, wird von denen ignoriert. Aktuell schiebt man Verantwortung von einen der Gründer (!) auf den anderen, frei nach dem Motto: Bringt es uns nicht mehr Geld, interessiert es uns nicht mehr. Drecksladen.
