Customer service was phenomenal! Pros I liked that it did exactly what i needed it for, which was make forms and sent out by email. I also love the costumer service. Cons The fact that my getform and getsitecontrol do not link, so i have to put everything in twice such as my customer base. Clean presentation allows for a quick interaction with high response rates. Post-survey data analysis is intuitive & again very simple to use and understand. Cons Very little. Only minor niggle is the number of clicks it takes to access form responses when logging in.
