Also, some features like task completion could be further optimized for smoother navigation. Floww.ai offered much better functionality for managing B2C sales pipelines, with tools like advanced lead distribution and automation. Additionally, Lead Square's customer support was lacking, which became a roadblock for our team. Floww.ai, on the other hand, has provided exceptional support, quickly resolving any issues and helping us make the most out of their platform.
