Money well spent and employees using the keys system have been giving me positive reviews and it is a long time coming.

Pros

Introducing the Key Café MS5 Smart Boxes which increases full visibility of key location and individual operating each vehicle. This has improved are operational efficiency. It allows are Supervisors to focus on the operation versus searching for individuals and keys.

Cons

The boxes are little a small. Finding that two many keys being jammed in the box that will prevent it from opening.

Works amazing. Easy to use, staff has good things to say about using the app and the keypad. So glad we implemented it.

Pros

Feeling like we can't lose the keys on someone's desk. Keys are accounted for, and updates are provided in-app.

Cons

The boxes are a bit small for large key fobs. Some of our large equipment key rings with multiple tool box keys are not fitting in the boxes.

We are really happy with Keycafe. We hope that they will expand their product offerings to include some larger bins, as we do sometimes have key sets that are too large for the current bin size.

Pros

We love the simplicity of the Keycafe system for our Student Housing operation. The web interface is clean and easy to use. Users accessing the key box can do so independently and without training. Making sure that all of the keys are returned on-time is far simpler now!

Cons

When keys are not removed from the system and the bin is closed, it can be challenging to find the keys and put them back into circulation. We have also had some challenges with bins not opening properly and would like to see an option for users to get help directly on the panel (like a 'something is wrong' button when picking up so that they can try to release the bin latch again).

My overall experience with Keycafe was very positive. The platform is practical, easy to use, and helped simplify the key management process significantly. It saved time, improved organization, and provided an added sense of security. Although there was a small learning curve during the initial setup, everything worked smoothly afterward, and the support team was helpful whenever needed.

Pros

What I liked most was the practicality and ease of use of the platform. The key management and handoff system is very efficient, saves time, and provides greater security. In addition, the interface is intuitive, and the customer support was very helpful whenever I needed assistance.

Cons

What I liked least was that the initial setup process took some time to fully understand, but afterward everything was resolved smoothly.

Pros

The digital interaction of the system makes things so easy to keep accountability of our keys. Using the app and no longer using key fobs has been very efficient.

Cons

Having to individually input keys and attach them to each user was time consuming, that being said, I believe there was possibly a quicker way to accomplish this.

The experience has been very good, we are very happy with the service, we work with them since 5 years ago!

Pros

What I like the most is that we don’t have to worry about arrivals outside of reception hours, Keycafe is responsible for giving them, it’s super easy to use, and it doesn’t give us any problems. In addition, the Keycafe team is always at our disposal to help us when we need it.

Cons

Nothing! We havent´got any problem with Key cafe, and anytime we have a doubt, they are always there to help us!

What I like most about Keycafe is its convenience and ease of use. It simplifies key tracking and improves organization, making day-to-day operations smoother. It has been a helpful tool for keeping our team accountable and efficient.

Cons

Still allows staff to take keys when a reservation has been created, the box door get stuck and does not allow for those with reservations to get the key, without assistance from office staff.
