Even years later I still get employees that tell me how much they love having it. Pros Keycafe has been a game changer for our School. No more missing keys, confusion over who has what and why. It is simple to use, manage and it integrates with our existing fleet software. Once it was set up it took no time for our employees to learn how to use and it is a welcome addition by everyone. well worth the money and we will hopefully add a second unit for other types of key management soon Cons While it is nice and simple, sometimes it is a little too simple. The system does not recognize the actual presence of the key so it relies on accurate input. Dazu ist das System mit unseren Shop per API Verbunden, dass Abgreifen der Daten ist einfach und es geht ohne Probleme. Das Gerät ist sehr gut verarbeitet und massiv und sehr wertig. Der Kundensupport ist mega. Bei Problemen wird einen sofort geholfen. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden :-) Unsere Kunden die sind auch begeistert und finden das System auch einfach zu handhaben. Pros What I liked most about KeyCafe is how convenient and easy it makes key management. Keycafe has been a major improvement over previous key management systems we have used, with faster handovers and fewer physical and technical issues. Their customer support has also been excellent. Pros Keycafe is very fast and easy to use for both customers and staff. We especially like being able to schedule access in advance, and the video recordings of key pickups and returns give us extra peace of mind. Cons For outdoor installations, the Keycafe unit needs an additional weatherproof cabinet or enclosure. This adds some extra cost and installation work, but otherwise we have very little to complain about.
