An easy system to setup with great support that has fulfilled all my key management needs

Pros

The ease with which you set up keys and, the alerts you receive when keys have been picked up. Also the mobile application is very helpful

Cons

The fact that users will open the doors and not remove the keys. This can be easily fixed though

Ho apprezzato la velocità con cui posso prendere le chiavi e il fatto di sapere chi ha le chiavi quando non riesco a trovarle

Cons

Per il momento apprezzo tutto, non ho grosse cose da segnalare se non il fatto che quando ritiro più chiavi insieme devo mettere la password per ogni chiave, ma non è un difetto

Per il momento non ho trovato ancora difetti rispetto al sistema, in futuro potrebbe essere pensabile sostituire il tag con qualcosa di "meno ingombrante"

Without hesitation, working with Keycafe has been a pleasure. They system was explained and demonstrated prior to purchase, it was simple to get operational, and they have offered great support. We have had only one problem with it and they resolved it quickly.

Pros

It has transformed how we manage access to keys at our property. We can easily track and manage who has access, when they pick them up, and when they bring them back.

Cons

The initial investment seemed high at the time, but it's absolutely been worth every penny.

The only minor downside is that the mobile app could be a little faster at times, but overall it works very well.

For the price and functionality this by far has been the best product we purchased that had a direct impart on our organization.

Pros

The ease of implementation and the ability to deployed quickly allowed us to inventory all of our keys and provide our staff with access 24/7 which was not available until now.

Cons

Not really a con but it took us some time to determine how to deploy our keys but once we decided it took less than a day to have all keys tagged and ready for check-out.

The platform is exceptionally smooth to operate and can be easily managed via a user-friendly app, supporting our daily operations and enabling our customers to be more flexible in picking up and returning vehicles.

Cons

The monthly cost is on the higher side, especially when you got more Keycafe locations. It is not weather proof, you need a separate cover when it is outside in the open.

Les commerciales sont compétents. Logiciel très intuitif. Grille tarifaire raisonnable selon l'utilité que l'on souhaite. Je ne regrette pas d'avoir fait appel à Keycafe pour la gestion des clés de ma conciergerie.

Pros

Tout d'abord, je suis très satisfaite par l'équipe de Keycafe. \[caché sensible contenu\] au commencement et par la suite, \[caché sensible contenu\] avec qui je reste en contact régulièrement. Commercial très à l'écoute et très présente dans la continuité. Logiciel très intuitif Smart box (ancien modèle) mais qui me satisfait pleinement! Les voyageurs ont aucune difficultés à comprendre la marche à suivre.

Cons

Je ne vois pas d'inconvénients pour le moment.

Keys sometimes get stuck in the box due to employee error. It is easy to override this and get the key box opened.

L’un des avantages principaux de key café est la grande diversité des points relais

Cons

L’inconvénient de keycafe est le prix de l’abonnement qui est un peu élevé par rapport à la concurrence

Sometimes a user will scan the return tag, but not actually put the keys in the slot. This confuses the system.

What is there to not like, If you manage key access, you need KeyCafe!!! Simple tracking 100% control

I would say the only thing would be that you can leave the keys in and it show that they are signed out.
