Our main users are university students, and having them be able to access their keys in such an accessible manner has been a life-changer for our organization! Additionally, it helps keep track of our keys, while also keeping students accountable for returning their keys. This is very important to us as we facilitate and manage numerous spaces across campus, and thus are responsible for many sets of keys. I have also been incredibly impressed by the Key Cafe's customer service. Everyone I have thus far interacted with has been extremely helpful, and always willing to provide support wherever necessary. As a new user, this makes me feel appreciated and valued as a customer! Lastly, has provided a new sense of innovation into our organization, and has made us leaders in technical improvements across campus. Our clients put more trust in us and thus, choose our systems over others. I can't thank Key Cafe enough for their service! Cons We had a bit of trouble connecting the Key Cafe to our Wifi. The key pad was not very clear on instruction and required a lot of time and effort on our end to ensure the system had internet access. Additionally, while it has not happened yet, there may be a need to troubleshoot the system if the power in the building goes out. Customer service was extremely helpful, responding to all our questions promptly. The product is straightforward to use and perfectly meets our needs. Pros The system is user friendly and allows us to easily grant customers access to specific keys. In the event of an offline issue, there are straightforward troubleshooting steps to retrieve the key. The setup process was also simple. Cons We don’t have many negative comments, but we did find that the key boxes are quite small. Some vehicles use fobs or cards for activation, and not all of these fit comfortably in the boxes. J'apprécie particulièrement l'application mobile qui me permet de gérer mes clés à distance et de recevoir des notifications en temps réel. Un impact client indéniable L'utilisation de Keycafé a eu un impact positif indéniable sur ma clientèle. Je n'ai plus besoin de me soucier de donner ou de recevoir des clés, ce qui me fait gagner un temps précieux. De plus, je me sens plus en sécurité grâce au système de contrôle d'accès sécurisé de la borne. It helped us not to lose key anymore and made all day to day operation more smooth. But we also had the great surprise to discover it could help us with the company credit card and our share computers. Pros Super easy to install and use. Helped us to resolve many issues we had. Cons Sometime when employee are not attentive they can close a box on a key and it block the door. Also, if they change their mind and don't remove the key it look like the box is empty and we need to do some research next time to find the key. Reason for choosing Keycafe It was the least expensive and also the one that look like the more convenient for us. " May 18, 2024 4.0 Overall, my eperience was positive. Aside from the shipping hiccup, we also had an issue with one of the key boxes once it did arrive. There was some clear quality control issues with the batch of boxes we received. Keycafe was easy to work with on this point and promptly replaced any non-working items. Pros The fact that you can remotely manage the system. You are able to manage all of your keys (permissions, naming, grouping, etc.) via the website, as well as remotely give access to someone for one key or multiple keys if needed. The system also keeps great audit logs so it is easy to track down the lasat person to have a key checked out. Cons Length of time it took to receive the product once we made the purchase. There was a significant delay on shipping and the exact set up we ordered was on backorder, so they offered a slightly different set up for a slightly reduced rate. Reason for choosing Keycafe Cost, product specifications, size of the key storage bins, online/cloud management.
