We have had nothing but great service from the get-go with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of solution. Pros Keycafe not only had the best price point of all the boxes we looked at, during our search but their customer service blew us away. They were always quick to respond, super helpful and never pushy to try to oversell or brag about the product. It has been a great experience since day one. Cons Given that it needs to be wirelessly connected to the internet, our wireless infrastructure, we sometimes experience a drop with our connection that the odd time results in a box not opening, its an easy fix from the admin console. With a few minor changes to the LCD screen it would be a perfect product. Pros Very easy to set-up, easy to add users and keys to the system, You can easily track keys and see who checked out/in keys through the audit trail, as an admin the app is easy to use, group set-up is nice and easy to limit access to certain keys, Very affordable. Cons The touch screen could be larger, when scrolling through the list of keys on the screen when checking one out it is easy to hit the wrong key so there should be a larger scroll bar or an easier way to choose a key, once the wrong key has been selected there is no back button to choose another one until it times out. Pros La Keycafe a permis aux équipes de gagner en autonomie dans leurs déplacements que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de l'établissement. Elle sécurise également la gestion de la flotte de véhicules. Un outil qui en l'espace d'une semaine est devenu indispensable. La Keycafe peut être programmée en fonctions des droits d'accès des salariés définis par l'organigramme de l'entreprise. L'utilisateur est ainsi pleinement autonome dans ses déplacements. Gain de temps pour l'ensemble de l'organisation. La traçabilité apporte de la sécurité qui est attendue d'ailleurs par l'ensemble des utilisateurs. In fine la Keycafe devient également un outil de gestion. Sa facilité d'utilisation a permis son déploiement pour 30 ETP en moins de 3 jours. The software is user friendly and easy to follow - all needed key control options are literally at your finger tips. Installation of the hardware took less than a hour for 3 boxes (93 slots). Pros Key cafe was easily installed and customized to our property's needs. Cons A slight latency issue due to WIFI disconnecting. A strong antenna possibly would have been perfect. Though the additional cellular kit has been working well so far but it has taken a while to get it working. -Additionally, the key locks can jam easily if people put the keys in wrong. -occasional errors where it says a key is or isn't in the box. Great price, all i can say is that we tried 1 box and then quickly ordered 10 more full setups. Pros What we were looking for in a key system, this checks all the boxes. The ability to control every aspect of the key, when it goes out, who can get it, and notifying us when returned. That what we are looking for. A plus is the mobile app that you can access everything on your phone is amazing. Cons Really the only thing that we don't like is that we started with one main unit and 18 key expansion boxes. We quickly ordered 10 full setups (main unit and expansion) for all of our offices. The Issue is the 4 weeks to receive the units. My technicians were able to mount it on the wall without any trouble. As of today, we only have one customer using it full-time but we anticipate it being utilized much more in the future. Pros We really like that we are able to leave keys in the Keycafe for customers to pick up after hours or if there is no attendant available. It fits very well into our Express Park program. I also like that the battery can run the whole system for up to 24 hours on a full charge. Cons Initially, it was difficult to add another administrator. I was easily able to add her but she had difficulty accessing the system at first from her mobile phone app. This issue has been resolved as of a few weeks ago but it did put a delay on our launch of the system.
