Pros

It makes it easy to share content from multiple different devices with all users across meetings and sessions.

Cons

It could use a more clean user interface and better integrate within Microsoft Teams.

### "Excellent Product"

November 13, 2023

4.0

Excellent is truly the best way to put it. Just an incredible product that I am so impressed with.

Pros

This is such an excellent concept and I think a lot of people have been wanting something like this to come out for awhile now. Kudos to the developers here as I am sure this was not an easy build, and you beat Microsoft to it! Very impressive. I think the ability to share your screen at the same time as someone you are working with and swap around between seeing different screens is amazing. I love that you can also switch between viewing different screens on your phone as well!

Cons

I want to start this off by nothing that I think this a GREAT product, and these not cons, but more of just suggestions for improvements. The loading can be very slightly slow at times in comparison to normal screen sharing, but this is a very small price to pay for the great functionality, in my opinion. Also, I think for a normal user to get setup could be challenging, but anyone with any type of decent tech skills should be able to get it moving. Lastly, there are just a few things I think could make this great product even better: Ability to view multiple screens at once - I could have one person's screen and another person's screen both in equal size windows within Teams, if that makes sense Controls embedded within Teams as opposed to a web browser Ability to download as a general app and not needing to add to a specific meeting/chat (This extremely picky, but I think could be confusing for users with less tech ability) Ability to share iPhone/iPad/Tablet screen as opposed to only being able to view screens from those devices Simplify the functionality to share audio. I am imaging someone playing music from their computer and everyone on the call could hear this music at the same time and be able to adjust the levels between the system audio playing the audio coming from their mic. I totally understand that the coding/development to do any of these things is probably far more complicated than I could even comprehend, they could be ideas already in progress or on the table, or they could just be impossible to do. I just wanted to throw them out there on the off chance they might not have been brought up yet. I absolutely love this MultiShare and so do my coworkers, and would recommend to anyone.

### "Simultaneous screen share from a single source, difficult to figure out if possible."

October 4, 2024

4.0

It works as described. The tutorials are simple to understand, however, I have not found a tutorial for sharing two of one's screens at the same time. When I try to share a second screen it exits or pauses the first shared screen.

Pros

It does what it says. It allowes for multiple people in the meeting to share thier screen without having to stop the primary share to switch to the next person.

Cons

I need to be able to share both of my screens simultaneously to be viewed simultaneously for Training. It may be possible to do but difficult to figure out with only a 5 minute session at a time. My company will not approve purchase otherwise.

Our IT department chose to go with Microsoft Teams believing we would never need to be able to share more than one screen at a time.

### "Closes a gap that is not possible with Microsoft Teams"

January 6, 2024

5.0

Pros

Makes it very easy for multiple participants in a remote Microsoft Teams session to share the monitor at the same time. This increases productivity and collaboration in our daily work.

Cons

So far I have not noticed any restrictions. It's a benefit in every respect compared to the standard Microsoft Teams function, where only one participant can share the screen at a time. Perhaps it is possible to improve the initialization of sharing, but the current way is definitely sufficient and functional.

### "Great tool to use teams much more efficiently"

January 28, 2024

5.0

Very happy, reducing my daily headache on support and training

Pros

Easy to set up and use. Stable solution Good support

Cons

Need to explain to my customers first on how to use. Not 100% self explaining for new participants outside of own organization, but easy to adapt.

### "Great tool for sharing"

February 7, 2024

4.0

Very positive, it's a good product and we will continue using it.

Pros

Being able to view other people's shared screen simultaneously tremendously streamlines the process of collaboration.

Cons

Difficult for not-so-tech savvy people to use. Could use some simplification on how to get into it.

### "Saves time! "

April 19, 2024

5.0

Pros

No longer do i have to point to my screen and try to guide someones cursor to a certain location. Instead of having to either lose that time, or share my screen and then have them share theirs again, i can just say: "here, click on this" :D

Cons

1-on-1 calls also require setting up a meeting. When in a pinch it can be cumbersome. At least that proves not having it, can be cumbersome :)

It makes training multiple employees at once a lot more manageable.

Cons

There is often a screen delay between the person sharing and what your screen shows.
