Along the way we have had access to great support which helped us customize the program. Pros SuccessionNow has been easy to implement and easy to maintain. Their support is top tier. The customization options helped us make this our own. The reporting also helped with understanding the data and helping with our planning process. Cons I haven't had any complaints with the program. It's easy to use and our team has jumped right in. If anything, I would love to see more reports. It's also intuitive and priced significantly lower than lesser products that we reviewed. I am seeing it on more forums and also have posted about it. I wish I'd found it before spending hours on my company succession plan which was primarily spreadsheets and charts. Pros It is clearly very complex, but easy to use and manage. We are creating several more plans than expected due to the efficient and simple nature. Cons I was hoping it would visual organization chart for my company. According to the builders, that option is being added soon though.
