"Smart, Fast, and Reliable – Great Chatbot for Growing Teams"

**Overall:** Zipchat has made a noticeable difference in how we interact with site visitors. It’s intuitive to use, and the AI handles most conversations well. I’ve seen an increase in engagement and fewer missed opportunities compared to when we relied only on human agents. While there’s room for improvement—especially around data insights and personalization—the tool is a solid value for small to medium-sized businesses

**Pros:** The AI chatbot responds quickly and intelligently. Easy to set up and customize for my website. Great for engaging visitors and capturing leads automatically. Helpful integrations with CRM tools.

**Cons:** Limited analytics in the basic plan. Some advanced customization requires coding knowledge. Occasionally misunderstands complex queries.
