She helps me any questions that we have, and responds quickly. Pros I like the scheduling feature, and that it notifies the students and reminds them about appointments. Cons The scheduling, packages, and services, is a bit in depth for the service we offer and can get confusing when setting up a lesson. It has been a game changer for some of our students that would otherwise be stuck with very limited transportation options. With the addition of the instructor platform, we have many more ways to support our students on the way to independence. Pros Zutobi Instructor is easy to use and is great for following student progress. We use it in a way that is outside the norm and we still find it extremely helpful. Cons Student access could be a little tricky but once you know how to explain, it is manageable. The only other wish is that the quizzes and such had a built in text reader for accessibility. Right now most of the information has that just not the quizzes and tests. From the start, they made it very easy to integrate their offerings into our business and to help us develop our curriculum. Pros As a new driving school, we use Zutobi for their content and for helping us manage our school back office operations. It was easy for us to integrate with our website and makes the experience for our customers seamless for them to sign up and pay for courses and services. When we teach, we use the driving videos to demonstrate skills and standard procedures that students can integrate into their driving. We also like the app for students and we like the parent app so parents know what to help teach their kids when they drive with them. We also love their awesome customer support. They are always willing to jump on a call to help us or answer any questions when we have them. Cons I wish that they had more than one instructor in their driving videos. In our state, students attend one full day class before they begin driving behind the wheel. Over the course of 8 hours of instruction, we probably show 3-4 hours of videos and the kids get tired of seeing content from only one instructor. It has been so helpful in making the transition to actually using the software. Pros The customer support has been amazing. The fact that the product is evolving quickly based on user feedback is something we didn't find elsewhere. Cons I'm waiting to see what we can do with customizable fields in the student booklet. It is more important for us to check off particular functional areas and driving routes covered than to record the student grading or evaluation itself. Would also like to see this grading be recorded and saved separately for each lesson to show a progression from lesson to lesson. Reasons for choosing Zutobi Instructor The flexibility of getting started was one. The gentleman at the DSAA show was very helpful in terms of showing me the basic design of the software, and the elegance of that design was really what I was looking for as an end user myself. Also the fact that this software was in the process of evolving was really attractive to me. I use it daily to manage my Driving School and it's truly proven to have everything I need. Also, just as important their customer service and help is great.
