I used IntelliGRC and their solution at my last company and when I came over to my newer employer they were in the works of getting IntelliGRC, so I pushed them to make sure to get IntelliGRC since the solution helps with not just organizing your Evidence but also generating an SSP for you. Pros I love that IntelliGRC is very versatile in what frameworks you can use. i mainly use it for CMMC L1 and L2 but it can be used for many others like SOC2 and HIPPA. Cons The only issue I had ever had with IntelliGRC was that I couldn't transfer data from one tenant to another but after a few calls with the team, they were able to do it on the backend, I still wish this could be done without bothering them! The product fills a need other products aren't filling correctly. Their promised features has more depth than expected unlike their competitors that make grand promises, and follow up with a very shallow solution. We went with IntelliGRC after extensive review of GRCs because the team truly understands the market, the needs, and strives to provide more. The cybersecurity industry needs to stop just checking boxes, and IntelliGRC is a critical tool for doing just that. Pros The obvious care in functionality choices driven by a team that has as deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry. This isn't just a quick band aid solution to tick a box. This helps solve real problems, in a lasting way, and the direction they are heading is even more promising. The company is run by true cybersecurity nerds that love what they do, understand what they need to, and are responsive to reasonable requests. Cons To be clear I have to nitpick to fill out this mandatory field. This is a newer product on the market, with a specific design focus in mind. That means there are some minor bugs that appear. Happily the team has always responded rapidly, and I've never felt like my issue wasn't being resolved. They have a great roadmap, and I'm happy with the direction they are going, but that means there are things I wish I had that I don't. Their pace of implementation is quick but thorough, and I very much appreciate that. Our clients have had great interactions with their team who helped them see where they were missing key components of CMMC in their business processes. The recon agent helps pull data and saves time with inventories and scans. Everything becomes well organized, and since documents are mapped, pulling documents into different controls is reduced. IntelliGRC makes my job easier as a one-person team. This is so much easier than trying to track everything in spreadsheets. It cuts out so much of the annoying, repetitive work and makes compliance tracking way smoother. The automated workflows are a huge relief. The dashboard is easy to use, and it really helps keep things moving, and it’s super intuitive . It’s not going to solve every problem, but it definitely makes the compliance process a lot more manageable and less of a nightmare to deal with. I enjoy being able to handle my whole workflow in the tool itself, versus having to export to excel sheets like we normally do. Price point is amazing for what you get! Cons Nothing in particular I dislike. Wish I could have used this earlier in my career.
