Still need to be improved, but it will be hard to find better SAAS solution on current market. Most of TMS covers only 10% of Trucking company needs. Vektor goes much deeper. Cons Maintenance records are raw and needs to be improved. Analytics and Data base management needs to be improved. AI automatization for load input. A lot of integrations, saves us a lot of time for billing and settlements. Eliminate manual data entry. Cons Didn't find anything I don't like about Vektor TMS. Dispatching and managing trucks became much easier and faster. Pros Managment of the flee, keeping records is easy. Because of many integrations we do not need to jump from site to site. All work can be done in Vektor. Cons Functionality is being added fast and regularly, sometimes bugs are present, but the team is very responsive in fixing them. It helps create a bridge between old to new trucking in an AI area. Pros It is a straight forward system. We love the integrations and all the information it generates from data entered. It has helped us identify ways for improvement. This is something we recommend for all trucking companies including hotshots. Cons As a new AI improved system. New moving parts are added, that said, new information need to adapt or be modified. We are anticipating new integrations needed like ELD, loadboards and factoring integrations. Their updates keep things up to date. Pros I love how fluidly you're able to move throughout the software and how quickly you can upload documents. It reads the documents in no time to speed up the entering process. Cons Not being able to use it on my tablet or phone. The onboarding team was quick to help with any issues and i became comfortable using the system day to day in no time at all. Pros Vektor is the easiest TMS software I've come across while still having all of the advanced features we need to run our business. We are transitioning our 15 truck company from ITS Dispatch and the onboarding w/ Vektor has been nothing but stellar. It has every integration we could ever want and setup was quick and easy. We've demo'd other systems and found them to be overly complicated for no good reason. It made it hard to switch from ITS Dispatch until we found Vektor. I was able to get it up and running in less than a day and manage the transition of our fleet piece by piece. All of the this and the price is extremely reasonable w/ zero contract commitments. Cons The Vektor bot makes putting up loads from brokers a breeze and it also manages our load statuses automatically. The only downside is sometimes the upload function won't get everything correct so we have to make adjustments but it beats having to do every load by hand.
