There can alwys be bugs, problems in early stage, that is fine. But this experience was way worse, especially with missing support, no Answers, even after weeks. Please just don't sign up, you can't cancel your trial and I have the Feeling, this is the business model. Pros UI, Integrations, Wordpress compatible one click add an. Works perfectly. They know how to present and promote their Product. Cons I started a trial, cancelled and afterwards, i was charged. Also, they have changed my Plan what I selected during the onboarding flow, to the highes one and charged me directly the yearly amount + an additional Add-On I did not select. No Customer Service, I have written E-Mails, Chat etc. So sad, because with a working Cancellation flow, customer Support and correct payment setups, I maybe would have been a customer for a long time to automate my whole Blog Posting Workflow. Communications that allegedly involved their CEO (but likely an AI bot) didn't lead to anything. We have initiated criminal investigations now. Pros nothing, service completely useless and fraudulent behaviour with billing and debits. Communications up to "CEO" didn't resolve anything. Cons This company has shown clearly fraudulent behaviour. We never subscribed to the service, when we were debited we clearly communicated that this needs to be cancelled despite this we were eleven times billed for $250. Written cancellation and refund requests were acknowledged, stalled ("accounts team review"), then ignored, while two further charges were taken mid-dispute. I have escalated to American Express and reported the conduct to the ACCC. My advice: do not leave a card on file with this company. Pros Signup was quick. That is the only positive I can offer; I never used the platform beyond the trial. Cons Billing conduct. I cancelled during the free trial and never used the platform: no CMS connected, no content published, zero activity. The monthly charges kept coming regardless. When I requested cancellation and a refund in writing, support quoted "non-refundable" terms, promised an accounts team review, then went silent for three weeks. During the open dispute they charged my card twice more, including $176.89 nearly a month after my written cancellation. Other reviews here and on Trustpilot describe the same pattern. That’s not what happened here. The product is barebones, the cancellation system feels broken, and the support simply doesn’t exist. The repeated unauthorized charges and complete silence from their team made the whole experience feel negligent at best and intentional at worst. I normally avoid negative reviews, but in this case, people need to know what they’re walking into. I would recommend staying away from this product entirely because the lack of support and ongoing billing issues make it a risk. Pros The signup was quick and the marketing looks great on the surface. They clearly know how to present the product well. Cons The tool itself is extremely basic and adds no real value beyond what I can already do with ChatGPT. The bigger problem is the complete lack of customer support. I canceled right after signing up, was still charged, emailed multiple times, and never got a single reply. Even after my account appeared canceled, they kept billing my card. They’re still actively running marketing campaigns, but they don’t respond to support requests at all. That’s a major red flag for any SaaS.
