It's a great partnership, which could sound silly as it seems like it's just a tool that can be used. The team that I have with Activator is what makes it the partnership that it is though and that is what I enjoy the most (along with the business it generates).

Pros

The ability to find and gather the exact information that I am looking for on a consistent basis along with working alongside our performance team is the highlight for sure.

Cons

Shaping some of the task into automated task would be swell while maintaining the personalization. Also, there is one specific filter I would love to be able to add that we have not be able to get up.

Pros

Activator keeps our marketing in front of our customers at the right time. There is no wasting marketing messaging or efforts on customers who are not ready to buy.

Cons

It could be a little more user friendly for those at our dealership who are not super tech-savvy.
