We have generated 196% more leads this year because of Qonfi! Pros Love the flexibility and possibilities . There are many things you an do with it. The only limiting factor being creativity. Cons The interface/navigation is sometimes all over the place and the ui could also be better and more modern in my opinion. You need some technical know-how. However, once you get the hang of it, it's fantastic. Pros Qonfi is impressive! Once it's set up, you immediately see the results and can make adjustments as needed. The support team was quick and efficient, which made everything move along smoothly. Cons It took a while to understand all the possibilities, but once you get the hang of it, Qonfi is straightforward to use. It’s best to have the onboarding call once you start working with Qonfi. Qonfi perfectly follows the "easy to learn, hard to master" philosophy. We were able to get started quickly, and as we dove deeper into building out our complex wood-concrete fence configurator across three international Gadero domains, we took the time to learn the advanced features. The guidance we received from \[sensitive content hidden\] during this process was great and truly made a difference in bringing everything together. The final result for our customers is beautiful and works seamlessly. If you are willing to put in a little bit of learning time to master the advanced capabilities, you will get truly great results. Highly recommended! Pros What I liked most is how incredibly accessible the platform is right from the start. It’s very easy to jump into the basics without much friction. We used Qonfi to set up a custom fence configurator for our "hout-beton schutting" (wood-concrete fences) across \[sensitive content hidden\], and the end result is absolutely lovely. Furthermore, once you take the time to learn and master the more advanced tools, the platform becomes exceptionally powerful and great to work with. Cons While it is easy to learn the basics, it is definitely harder to master. Getting the hang of the more advanced tools and features takes a bit of dedicated learning time and practice. They are always looking to improve their tool. Pros We have been looking for a guided selling tool but most of them where out of our budget or did not have the features we required. Qonfi brings this together, a great tool that gives us the opportunity to use several high quality guided selling tools for our products, this all for a fair price. Cons Klaviyo connection can be improved, they are currently working on it. Reason for choosing Qonfi Better pricing with similar features, opportunity to have several domains into one tool. We receive friendly and helpful support. When things get technical and difficult, it's no problem. Pros We've gained clear insight into the choices our customers make. This allows us to immediately and easily see where demand is high, allowing us to effectively tailor our offerings to meet those needs. Influencing the results is easy, and the software is highly intuitive. The support is incredibly fast and excellent. Nothing is too much trouble, and customization is also possible. Ook is het team van Qonfi heel aanspreekbaar en steeds bereid om je verder te helpen. Wij zijn alvast fan! Cons Je moet al snel upgraden als je meer dan 1 keuzehulp wil of als je meerdere talen wil implementeren. Maar alsnog is het een zeer betaalbare tool als je het rendement ervan bekijkt. Het team is erg behulpzaam en denkt echt met je mee. Dit heeft ons goed geholpen bij punten waar ik soms zelf niet uit kwam. Daarnaast is het proces van ontwerp en implementatie met Qonfi eenvoudig en efficiënt. Cons Een klein nadeel is dat de interface van de software niet volledig te customizen is. Online Marketeer Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Qonfi review" January 24, 2024 4.0 Qonfi gave me the opportunity to find out what I was looking for. They also were quick to answer any questions I had, without making me feel dumb :) It was easy to implement and we see already some positive effects. Pros Qonfi made a demo account for us right from the start. This gave us the opportunity to test the product and to find out what we were looking for. Qonfi is also relatively new. so that means we can come with suggestions which are more likely to be implemented. Qonfi also added the multiselect option. We were glad to use it, but with questions with more than 8 answers the next button wil be to low. We are looking for a way to make this more vissible. Cons Because Qonfi is relatively new, not all features other products had were represented. We found these features not important enough to choose for one of these other product, but some would still be nice to have. We thougt also that the styling of Qonfi was limited, but more features have been added since. Reason for choosing Qonfi Mostly price and easy access. Because Qonfi already had a demo account we could use it was very easy to test the different features.
