"Global Manufacturer - Excellent"

Pros: We can use this system globally; it's priced appropriately; customer service is outstanding!

Cons: I struggled to upload employee data; however, [sensitive content hidden] and team were extremely helpful and stayed with me until I could get the spreadsheet formatted correctly.

"SuccessionHR"

Overall: [sensitive content hidden] has been a fantastic partner as we rolled this out. The tool allows you to truly collect and evaluate succession by incumbent, role, skills, and successor. We are super please.

Pros: It is very intuitive and easy to maneuver. It offers many ways to look at data and is quick and easy to update. Implementation was as easy as uploading a headcount report, and we had immediate access. So easy.

Cons: It doesn't currently have the ability to kick out power points unless it's just a screen shot of the data, which doesn't show up really well. Not a deal breaker at all.

"Valuable Succession Software"

Overall: Overall, a fantastic value for the price.

Pros: Easily installed. Intuitive. Quite a bit of flexibility.

Cons: As an early adopter, there was not a lot of documentation or recommended process for use.

"Metrics Visualization"

Pros: The software analytics capabilities of SuccessionHR help my organization make data-driven decisions, identifying high potential employees and assessing talent gaps. Additionally, its user-friendly interface ensures that both HR professionals and managers can navigate the platform with ease, streamlining talent management processes and reducing the learning curve.

Cons: Currently there is no option to customize the information displayed on the dashboard. While the core features are robust, users would prefer to easily tailor the dashboard to display specific metrics or information relevant to their needs.

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of integrating SuccessionHR into our talent management and succession planning processes. The software's dashboards and analytics tools stand out, offering a one-stop solution for managing our succession planning. These features have not only streamlined our planning process but have also sparked valuable conversations around talent development within our organization.

Cons: We have not rolled out all functions of the software but we look forward to deepening our experience with SuccessionHR. It is great to see more integrations with Payroll vendors.
