My overall experience with SuccessionHR has been extremely positive. It is a well-designed platform supported by a thoughtful, client-focused team. I would confidently recommend it to organizations looking for a practical, powerful succession planning solution.

Pros

As an HR consultant, I evaluated several succession planning platforms before recommending one to a client and supporting the implementation. SuccessionHR exceeded my expectations. The system is intuitive and easy to use while still being highly robust. Its dashboards give leaders clear, actionable insights, making it easy to spot trends and make informed decisions quickly. The customer service is also exceptional—responsive, friendly, and genuinely solution-oriented. It is clear the team behind SuccessionHR truly values their clients and their success.

Cons

I honestly do not have any complaints about the software or the service provided by the company. Any small questions I have had have been answered very quickly.

It's a good software to complement the Succession Planning of any company as this activity is really intricate and complex.

Pros

I like the system's functionality. As a new HRBP in my company, it didn't take me long to know how to use the system.

Cons

I don't know specifically how the financial impact is calculated and what metrics are being used to arrive at the numbers.

Our overall experience has been great! Our service Rep is fantastic, the system is very easy to use and I feel confident it is going to provide us with the support needed to build our talent pool.

Pros

We just began using the system, but my overall experience has been very positive. The platform has been easy to set up and user friendly. I also like how easy it has been to export some of our current data into the system. Our service rep, \[sensitive content hidden\] is extremely responsive and friendly. I'm looking forward to getting our leaders involved in the platform and streamlining our process.

Cons

We are just beginning to use the platform so I don't have any dislikes at this time. I think our leaders will find it very easy to use.

The platform is well-suited for both HR administrators and senior leaders. I'm looking forward to streamlining our succession planning process, making it more accessible across the organization.

Pros

We wanted a solution that our key leaders could easily adopt without extensive training. SuccessionHR is straightforward- not only for end users but also in terms of setup and immediate usability. The customer support team is excellent, and I feel confident reaching out anytime I have question.

Cons

Regular data uploads ensure the system stays current and accurate, though it is still unclear how this process will impact our workflow, as we are just beginning our first SuccessionHR cycle.

So far the system has proven to be very valuable to us. Although we are new to the system our experience has been great. The Succession HR team has been very helpful and extremely responsive as well.

Pros

Succession HR is a great a simple tool to setup and utilize. It has the right amount of customization while still maintaining standards. The visuals are excellent and easy to follow.

Cons

I have not come across any cons to the system as of yet.
