The platform is well-suited for both HR administrators and senior leaders. I'm looking forward to streamlining our succession planning process, making it more accessible across the organization.

Pros

We wanted a solution that our key leaders could easily adopt without extensive training. SuccessionHR is straightforward- not only for end users but also in terms of setup and immediate usability. The customer support team is excellent, and I feel confident reaching out anytime I have question.

Cons

Regular data uploads ensure the system stays current and accurate, though it is still unclear how this process will impact our workflow, as we are just beginning our first SuccessionHR cycle.

Our overall experience has been great! Our service Rep is fantastic, the system is very easy to use and I feel confident it is going to provide us with the support needed to build our talent pool.

Pros

We just began using the system, but my overall experience has been very positive. The platform has been easy to set up and user friendly. I also like how easy it has been to export some of our current data into the system. Our service rep, \[sensitive content hidden\] is extremely responsive and friendly. I'm looking forward to getting our leaders involved in the platform and streamlining our process.

Cons

We are just beginning to use the platform so I don't have any dislikes at this time. I think our leaders will find it very easy to use.

So far the system has proven to be very valuable to us. Although we are new to the system our experience has been great. The Succession HR team has been very helpful and extremely responsive as well.

Pros

Succession HR is a great a simple tool to setup and utilize. It has the right amount of customization while still maintaining standards. The visuals are excellent and easy to follow.

I have not come across any cons to the system as of yet.

\[sensitive content hidden\] has been a fantastic partner as we rolled this out. The tool allows you to truly collect and evaluate succession by incumbent, role, skills, and successor. We are super please.

Pros

It is very intuitive and easy to maneuver. It offers many ways to look at data and is quick and easy to update. Implementation was as easy as uploading a headcount report, and we had immediate access. So easy.

Cons

It doesn't currently have the ability to kick out power points unless it's just a screen shot of the data, which doesn't show up really well. Not a deal breaker at all.

I like the system's functionality. As a new HRBP in my company, it didn't take me long to know how to use the system.

Cons

I don't know specifically how the financial impact is calculated and what metrics are being used to arrive at the numbers.

It provides a live and connected platform for succession and talent review processes. Have only ever done these two things in spreadsheets - SuccessionHR is a game changer!
