The tool allows you to truly collect and evaluate succession by incumbent, role, skills, and successor. We are super please. Pros It is very intuitive and easy to maneuver. It offers many ways to look at data and is quick and easy to update. Implementation was as easy as uploading a headcount report, and we had immediate access. So easy. Cons It doesn't currently have the ability to kick out power points unless it's just a screen shot of the data, which doesn't show up really well. Not a deal breaker at all.
