Not only is the tool one of the best I have used, but when I get stuck, their team is an email away with STRONG support. Pros Mida's no-code editor makes testing very easy and almost foolproof. Their tips, and dashboard are impressive and allow me to check in on tests in seconds. Cons Some conversion goals are more technical to set up than I wish but their support is amazing and helped guide me through issues seamlessly. Pros Mida’s visual editor is incredibly easy to use, and our tests run exactly as expected, with only minor issues. But what truly sets Mida apart from other A/B testing tools—aside from their impressively lightweight script (our developers were amazed!)—is their exceptional support. I LOVE the QA option when setting a test live! It gives us complete confidence that everything is running smoothly. Cons The visual editor can be a bit buggy at times, but I usually make the necessary edits through their HTML editor, which is also very easy to use! Pros The thing that I most like about Mida is its ease of use when it comes to implementing on Framer using just a single code and its ability to A/B Test for free. Cons The guides on how to get started with Mida.so need to be easily accessible in accordance with a specific site builder tool. Had to stop my test and refresh everything so that my new leads won't see this text mess. 2. It's stupid that I can't add multiple goals to track. We've tried VWO, AB Tasty, PostHog, Plerdy and none of them ticked every box for us. Many alternatives require manual dev work for the tests to work (PostHog), some are extremely expensive (AB Tasty) and others lack features that we find important such as only testing a small portion of the user base (Plerdy). Mida is easy to use, quick to setup and provides all the reporting data you need to make quick conclusions on a test before moving onto the next one. This was the biggest sell for us when we discovered Mida when they were exhibiting at a trade show. It's easy to set up, and works around cookies without invalidating experiments. I don't know many other script-based A/B testing solutions can't do that. Cons Nothing at the moment. If I was forced to choose, I'd say lack of multivariate testing, but I think that might be on their roadmap. For now, you can just do A/A and A/B tests (plus a few other features, but testing-wise it's these two). Pros The workflow, setting up tests and most elements for businesses on shopify were easy to understand and set up. The pixel is relatively light and the application functions well with few hiccups we've encountered once things are set up correctly. Cons Some of our internal requirements needed custom scripting in order to make mida work with how we build our pages. Setting up events on sites that dont have a integration is a bit complex and may need someone who's well versed in GTM. Support can be hit or miss (we havent received a reply in weeks for some reason but prior to this they were pretty good - if you're reading this, please fix your support tickets).
