Owner Renewables & Environment Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "The "Free Trial" isn't worth it" March 26, 2024 2.0 Not impressed, but it did force me to learn to create my own forms in an actual free app. Pros The very first form I created turned out fine. Until I wanted to update the form and it caused nothing but headaches. Cons Hard to update. If you create too many forms, you will be charged. Clients had difficultly using form, in the end caused me more work. The Free Trial is VERY limited. I have used docu sign for other services but Jotform is much more user friendly and easier. I have told my colleagues about Jotform and I believe some of them are using it too now. Pros It’s easy to use and my clients never have any issues with it. Cons The amount of signatures you get a month, sometimes I run over. I can enter and track my data in an easier to manage, digital format while keeping the paper forms for my employer Pros My company uses paper forms for everything. With Jotform Sign, I can easily build digital forms, even based on pdf scans of the paper forms, which I prefer, and can print out the paper form with my data filled in. Cons I’m unable to get my company to pay for a subscription, so the free plan is all I can use. My form and entry limits are probably the biggest downsides for me. But Jotform is great b/c after a month I can cancel and then sign back up a few months later and reactivate my account to pick up and us again.
