We also needed a place were we could have an online application for new volunteers. They fill out the form, we get an email, and the info is attached either pdf or plain text on a second email. Pros Easy Setup with prompts and drop and paste info in to the fields. Its options to build your form from scratch is easy even for a novice. They even keep a record of all submissions for later review even if you delete the email notification. Even though, we use the free version, the prices are reasonable and comes with great service. Cons Using it too much can lead to a paid version, The product just works! I use it both with my team and directly with clients. It saves a lot of time and makes the signing process smooth and professional. Definitely recommend it if you're dealing with multiple documents or want to automate parts of your workflow, and most important if you want to collect reviews and data. Pros Super easy to use. I didn’t need to watch any tutorials—just uploaded my doc, added the sign fields, and sent it out. It also provides ready-to-use templates, which saved me time when I didn’t want to build documents from scratch. It’s honestly become a go-to tool for signing contracts and collecting feedback after finishing a project. Cons Functionality-wise, it’s great. But as a product designer, I do feel the UI need Revamp. It works well, but it’s not very visually engaging. Some modern touches, better layout, UX law, and small micro-interactions would really help bring the whole experience up a notch. Jotform is by far the best we have used. The ease of creating the paperwork is great! Patients love that they can complete their paperwork and sign it conveniently. Cons We have not had any negatives yet, and have been using Jotform sign for a few years. Our originals had to be scanned into the program and it was not easy to change what we needed to. Patients complained about only being able to use certain browsers to access and sign the paperwork. It does miss some features that its competitors have but I appreciate not having to use several different programs to meet my business needs. Pros I like the ease of being able to fill in the form fields for forms that are sent on a recurring basis. Cons I wish I could modify the font style/size for fields. Sometimes it looks wonky on the completed document because i'm not able to adjust the font and size like i can on AdobeSign. I also don't like that it's not as easy to send a one-time document that needs a signature. It's really only great for recurring docs. Cons Unless you use a paid version, all of your forms will have the Jotform logo. Also, until you really understand the website and/or app, navigating can get confusing. I typically have to go back in and add the initial boxes separately. I had never used a service like this before and I feel like it was really easy to learn how to use the forms. I am familiar with computers and software, so that could be the reason, but the setup for your forms is easy. Pros I like that customers can fill the forms out online. It can get complicated sending them a PDF if they're not too tech savvy. This makes it so much easier. Cons It can take a while to setup the forms just the way you like them.
