Until I wanted to update the form and it caused nothing but headaches. Cons Hard to update. If you create too many forms, you will be charged. Clients had difficultly using form, in the end caused me more work. The Free Trial is VERY limited. We also needed a place were we could have an online application for new volunteers. They fill out the form, we get an email, and the info is attached either pdf or plain text on a second email. Pros Easy Setup with prompts and drop and paste info in to the fields. Its options to build your form from scratch is easy even for a novice. They even keep a record of all submissions for later review even if you delete the email notification. Even though, we use the free version, the prices are reasonable and comes with great service. Cons Using it too much can lead to a paid version, The product just works! Pros What I liked about Jotform sign is the convenience it offers, the way you're able to use it on any device and access it when you need it, and let's not forget the security provides for your documentation. But Jotform is great b/c after a month I can cancel and then sign back up a few months later and reactivate my account to pick up and us again. As I said before, the addition of Jotform Sign to the Jotform platform has expanded our use of it. And the price is so reasonable! Pros I am SO glad someone told me about Jotform! Our clients and agents are spread around the country, and most of what we accomplish happens virtually. I've been using Jotform for a number of different forms, and when they added Jotform sign, I was able to expand our use of it because we can track the signature received, making contracts complete. Cons It can be difficult to find answers to specific questions. I'd appreciate a live rep availability through a chat box.
