It started strong and ended with the support team not responding to any tickets or questions for weeks.

Pros

Numero has a beautiful user experience. The support will start very strong with a commitment to get back to customers within a certain timeframe. I have heard the functionality for Calltime Lists is quite good compared to other options in the industry, but I cannot speak to this personally.

Cons

I did not have a direct contract with Numero. I represented the digital marketing partner that was contracted to execute 2.5M emails monthly, with reporting and strategy for the client. Numero is charging HubSpot prices without the functionality of a viable CRM. There is no holistic reporting, no automation (even sending a simple thank you email when someone signs up for a newsletter), and above all, if you ask too many questions, the support team will simply stop replying. In the 15 years I have been in digital marketing, I have partnered with HubSpot, Klaviyo, MailChimp, and Keap, and I have never experienced anything like this. Allegedly, the \[sensitive content hidden\] instructed his team to stop replying to our support tickets because we were too much of a hassle and not a big enough client. I was delivered this information through my contact via a phone call. We uploaded about 1M emails in a day and were told that "we crashed their server," but that would most likely entail that our account was never placed on a dedicated IP. When you are contracted to execute 2.5M emails monthly, there should be no limitation on how or when you execute - meaning I should be able to send all 2.5M in one day if my strategy deems this the best course of action. I will state that I am not currently a HubSpot partner as I write this review; there is no affiliation or incentive for me to write this. If you are in politics and are pushing a social cause, you do not need this software. It would help if you had a CRM that has been on the market for a while and has been tried and tested so you can execute your campaign seamlessly. I have worked with Green Light and a little with Every Action. These are archaic in their own way as well, but because they are branded as CRMs for these particular industries, people lean into them without looking at a broader scope of solutions. And I will say, even the two stated here have the ability to pull better reports than Numero AND send at least one automated email when someone fills out a form. Another con to Numero that most folks won't think about is the inability to embed forms via an iFrame. This will affect your paid advertising. You cannot send someone to a landing page to click out to fill out a form. We were flagged quite often. Email marketing is not dead; statistics show it is still a viable channel, but we are only as good as the tools we use. Numero is not a good tool with a support team driven by emotion rather than a willingness to solve problems for peak customer success. I would also like to state that I have never had such a poor experience that I would be prompted to take the time to write a review, but I feel passionate about people paying too much for bad service and a lousy product. Because I have the experience to ask more profound questions around the gap in functionality I believe the \[sensitive content hidden\] was pressured to fix a broken product. I wish he had seen this as an excellent opportunity to work together rather than cease all communication without professional courtesy or warning. If we had too many support tickets, what could we do to make the workflow easier for both teams? My company's mission is always to do what is best for the client, even if we have to push through faulty software because they are locked into a contract or perhaps work with partners we may not enjoy - this is the cost of doing business well. This client suffered because of Numero's inability to get past its ego.
