Outfindo made bike selection available to a wider audience, on the other hand I didn't see a dramatic turnaround in conversions. But we will continue to use the plugin.

Pros

The deployment and communication with Adam from Outfindo, along with his quick responses, were excellent. I appreciate how the product guide interacts with the user when selecting a bike, offering various options and serving as a helpful tool for making the right choice. The time you spend as a beginner searching for a bike is a matter of minutes for Outfindo.

Cons

At first, the color scheme of the configurator was somewhat problematic, but everything was gradually fine-tuned. What I appreciate is that after launching the new e-shop and its new color scheme, Outfindo adapted to our colors, including the UX.

Pros

The settings and the final implementation of the Outfindo tool was super easy and fast.

Cons

Not everything is ready (custom pictures in the steps), so its necessary to wait a bit for the coders.

Pros

Outfindo is a minimalist tool, easy to use, great helper when choosing a bike (we use the version for cycling e-shops). The tool is constantly evolving and taking into account feedback from users.

Cons

In the beginning, the tool had several shortcomings, which were eliminated during development. Currently, we don't see anything we don't like about the tool.
