Overall: I discovered this tool when I needed to use some resources to create simple artwork for my social media about 3 years ago. I've been using it ever since and always getting great results. The first time I used the tool I was surprised by the result and the speed of achieving that result, as before I spent hours in heavier programs clicking point by point to remove the background of the images. On the tool's website, just drag and paste and that's it. download and use the image. It's incredible!
Pros: Free tool that helps you remove background from images in a simplified and quick way. Excellent for content creators looking for a simpler and faster alternative to removing the background of an image to be used in graphic art for social networks that does not need to be of very high quality.
Cons: Despite the ease that this tool provides, when it comes to more professional graphic art that requires higher image quality, as it will be used on a printed banner or flayer. This tool may not meet your needs in the free version.
"Terrible customer service"
Overall: Very, very bad. Look there are a lot of providers of this out there, choose another one.
Pros: The product was adequate, but nothing special compared to others.
Cons: Dealing with [sensitive content hidden] at customer service. We hadn't used the product, and tried to cancel/transition off of it. We made a mistake, truly believing it was cancelled and he was very unhelpful.

Pros: Lo uso sul mio Mac dove ho istallato agevolmente l'App !! Interfaccia veloce, intuitiva e drag and drop . La rimozione degli sfondi delle foto è immediata e molto precisa. Per applicare sfondi personalizzati colorati, si può procedere gratuitamente senza problemi, per applicare sfondi professionali ad alta risoluzione si acquistano dei crediti che vengono scalati dal tuo account ad ogni utilizzo. Il prezzo dei crediti è molto interessante e si comprano a pacchetti. Per lavori professionali lo consiglio !
Cons: Non ho incontrato alcuna difficoltà e tutto risponde al meglio in base alle mie esigenze, che ritengo essere esigenze grafiche anche discretamente evolute.
