It has streamlined our procurement process by centralizing the creation and approval of purchase orders. It has helped us adapt somewhat more difficult processes that are not quite typical for procurement. This has resulted in considerable time savings, e.g., by eliminating manual tasks, Google Sheets, and email or Slack messages. Pros Pivot's intuitive interface makes it easy to understand and use. The approval process is clear and well-structured, giving both users and approvers full visibility over the status of requests. We particularly appreciated how flexible it is, making it a great tool for a variety of use cases. In addition to the technical aspect, the most remarkable thing is the collaboration and communication with the Pivot team, especially Célia. They go above and beyond to create a perfect and seamless user experience. We can count on them to get things done quickly. They genuinely listen to our feedback and always try to accommodate and implement our needs. Cons As the platform is very new, we don’t always know what other functionalities are still being developed and what impact this will have on our processes. However, from having worked with the team for 6 months, we are confident that upcoming developments will align well with our needs.
