The approval process is clear and well-structured, giving both users and approvers full visibility over the status of requests. We particularly appreciated how flexible it is, making it a great tool for a variety of use cases. In addition to the technical aspect, the most remarkable thing is the collaboration and communication with the Pivot team, especially Célia. They go above and beyond to create a perfect and seamless user experience. We can count on them to get things done quickly. They genuinely listen to our feedback and always try to accommodate and implement our needs.
