Having been using Epix since the 90's I have seen the system develop into what is is today. \[sensitive content hidden\] must be really proud of the system and it is a credit to those involved. Would highly recommend the system for anyone doing Reactive Maintenance

Its easy to use, gives clear insights on how each job has performed. if used correctly you can see the job from start to finish via photos

Cons

once a job goes to charged you cannot see is a report or table what profit the job has made

I've been using this personally for 5 months so far with my company and I'm loving every step I make into gaining knowledge on it.

Pros

The speed of how quickly I can find something out!

Cons

the report processing time, but then again it's a lot of data to process so it does it quicker than most applications.

Markus overall is great, really easy to use and deliver out to the wider business from both back office and operative perspective. It's ability to collate all the information we and our customers require into one worksheet is great. The service we receive overall is brilliant and we have built a great relationship with the team over the past 8 and a bit years.

Pros

Markus is easily adaptable to suit individual business needs. It continues to develop and grow as the business needs and outside world needs change allowing you to keep ahead of the game.

Cons

That the reports aren't all formatted in the same way with columns sometimes appearing in different positions.

Pros

Epix / Markus has provided accurate and valuable data to shape our contract delivery over the last ten years.

Lack of automated reports! Graphical interface looks dated compared to competitors.
