The tool is easy to use and has greatly simplified my email marketing and CRM tasks. The ability to batch send thousands of emails with customized intervals and schedules has been particularly beneficial for my sales campaigns. Additionally, the Chrome extension's features like email templates and AI-powered email enhancements have further streamlined my workflow. Pros The integration with Gmail and Google Sheets is seamless and user-friendly. I love how I can send personalized mail merges directly from Gmail and manage all my CRM activities in Google Sheets without switching tabs. The 1-click sync feature is a real time-saver and the email tracking capabilities have significantly improved my customer relationship management. Cons The free version includes a "sent via Salesforza" signature at the bottom of emails, which can feel unprofessional for business communications. This feature can be removed only by upgrading to the premium version. Switched from [Streak](https://www.capterra.com/p/124465/Streak/) I switched from Streak to SalesForza mainly because managing CSV files in Streak was incredibly tedious and time-consuming. Constantly importing and exporting data disrupted my workflow and often led to errors. SalesForza's seamless integration with Google Sheets, which automatically syncs data, eliminated these hassles. This feature alone has saved me countless hours and significantly streamlined my sales and CRM processes.
