Pros Does exactly as advertised. Catching chargebacks/disputes before they hit Stripe. This product is a life saver for us. Support is also extremely responsive. Cons The UI is initially a little confusing but support is quick to respond and clarify any confusion. The videos and support articles are also helpful.
