Cons We are very pleased with our purchase decision, if I were to pick one con the tool is only a handful years in development so many off the shelf integrations (ex. Shopify) are custom work at the moment but I am certain the development roadmap with capture this use case in months ahead. Very quick to respond and help you figure out whatever problem you may be having. Autoconvert is my absolute dream come true; the less time I need to actually spend in the tool is wonderful. Cons There is a bit of a learning curve for those who don't have a computer coding background. While the program is great and makes my life much easier, the customer care I receive from the company is unparalleled. They are always very quick to respond with thorough explanations. Pros I have spent years in data conversion and BettrData is likely the best single program I've used so far. The idea is very straightforward and appeals to the user's desire for a simple interface, while also offering much more depth when needed. Pros BetterData core product is very good but the custom work we contracted with BettrData to build and provide for us was the real difference. Cons Althought the BettrData portal is full featured, we are moving to a more api integrated environment with BettrData. BettrData continues to update/enhance there offering based on requests. Long term I see this integrated environment the key component to our relationship. Reason for choosing BettrData We have a long history working with \[sensitive content hidden\] prior to BettrData and trusted he knew what we needed and could, if needed, build what may not exist. The BettrData product was built and closely aligned with the business we now operate. It is core to operation.
