It’s easy to use, very intuitive, and most importantly, highly effective for tracking our competitors’ prices. Thanks to their automated price monitoring system, we’ve been able to adjust our pricing much more quickly, which has clearly had a positive impact on our margins and competitiveness. Pros It is a very user-friendly tool, where product implementation is done very quickly using an Excel file. Within a single day, it is possible to start tracking competitors effectively. Their customer support is fast, responsive, and attentive – a real added value. They genuinely listen to user feedback and use it to improve the platform. In terms of pricing, they are extremely competitive and offer the best value for money on the market. Cons Some improvement on the UX side. For example, having a single dynamic chart with product-level filters would make analysis faster and more intuitive, rather than having to open each product individually to view its historical price chart.
