Overall, my experience with Geta.ai has been very positive. It’s easy to set up, works reliably and has helped us automate much of our customer communication. The platform feels stable, the chatbot performs well and their support team responds quickly whenever we need help. It has made our workflow smoother and our team more efficient.

Pros

Geta.ai makes it incredibly easy to build and launch AI chatbots without writing any code. We’ve used it to automate lead qualification, handle FAQs, and route complex queries to our team—all from one unified inbox. The multi-channel support is a huge plus, letting us connect with customers through chat, email, WhatsApp, and more. It saves time, boosts response speed, and keeps our engagement running 24/7. The setup was quick, and the platform integrates well with our CRM and existing tools.

Cons

There is currently nothing that i disliked about geta. I will update this review if I want to suugest any improvements.

Overall Experience is good. The support team guided us from onboarding to using this tool. Also this platform is pretty useful while sending automated messages and drip campaigns to the clients.

Pros

We used it for sending drip campaigns and automated messages. The CS team is also good. This platform can also be used to solve automated user queries.

Cons

The pricing is high. We felt the pricing can be reduced a bit. Comapred to the features pricing is too much.

Initially we were used to Traditional Marketing methods. It was too much of Manual work. Also Scattered leads were a big problem. That's when we got Introduced with Geta.ai. So far then the experience is very good. This Tool can be well used to set Marketing campaigns or Drip campaigns. Lead assignment and management are effortless since we have Started using this tool. Plus the Chatbots are a must used. Chatbots are implemented everywhere to solve customer queries, set automated replies and and Collect Leads.

Pros

The best thing about this product is That it is pretty affordable than other tools providing same features and Modules. Also the Support has been really helpful. They Provide best support in comparison with Other tools.

Cons

I think there should be an Interactive Live sessions to present the working of product. Also a few UI changes would be much better.
