Overall: Surprisingly amazing considering what I'd been quoted by other firms. I expected this to be a watered down product that wouldn't be able to do what it can. What we got was a platform that enabled us to create an incredibly powerful tool that our staff and clients will utilise for support needs 24/7. This was done from a standing start in under three months. My recommendation to anyone looking at this sort of tech should book a call and see it in action for yourself. You will be impressed I assure you.
Pros: It's a simple, intuitive platform that helps you create genuinely incredible bots, all powered by the latest language models. From the first meeting with the Automatic Chat team, I knew I was in good hands. They'd built a small scale demo, showed me how they built that, and then what it would cost to run. It all felt too good to be true, but it genuinely is incredible. Haseab is on call for any help you may need, and is super helpful if you run into issues.
Cons: Cannot think of any that come to mind at all.
