Love it! Would highly recommend to all agency and marketing partners

Pros

It's speed and affordability are by far the best part of the product. It enables you to build it into your creative process, without a huge cost or time hold up.

Cons

The sample size of the cohorts could be increased in future to provide a more robust sample size

The team are always helpful to work with. They initially helped me find my way around but now I just enter questions myself. With a couple of more complicated pieces of work, they have gone the extra mile to help us. My experience is 100% positive.

Pros

Easy to use, intuitive and I love the fast turn around time. Its now a permanent part of our tool kit. There no need to wait for answers, we just put our questions on the platform and get results next day.

Cons

Nothing. If there is something that can be improved - the team will always listen and try to resolve.

Pros

What we liked most about working with Ideally was the quick turnaround times. I also had to work with \[sensitive content hidden\] to submit briefs as I was having trouble on my end with accessing the platform. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful and explained each step of the process to make sure I understood it.

Cons

Nothing to do with Ideally itself. More on our side, we are struggling to get access to the platform.
