"No Customer Support - I've been a paying customer since they first started, and lost my entire account. "

**Overall:** Hopefully they'll be responsive to these complaints and I can change my review, but as far as I can tell, it was a terrible, terrible experience, horrible. All of these AI companies have so much control that you can't do anything about it if they just decide to wipe out your account, and no customer service whatsoever. I believe these AI companies are running out of storage space, and instead of telling you, they're just wiping out your accounts, and you really can't do anything about it.

**Pros:** As an early adopter, the software worked well until it just stopped and stole or deleted all of my assets.

**Cons:** Absolutely no customer service, no way to complain, no way to get a human being. Absolutely nothing I can do. Not only did I pay for months at a premium, but then I paid for an annual account and was charged twice and cannot get customer service and lost my entire account and all of my videos
