Can likely be fixed in photoshop, but that adds more time. Just be aware. There's also a bit of a learning curve with the software, but that's always the case. Minimal learning curve if you have some experience with AI video generation software. I played around with other vendors before settling on HeyGen. Pros It is highly customizable. You can use your own avatars, create avatars from photos, etc. I also like the mouth movement. The movement on some other avatars is very unnatural. HeyGen scores high on the naturalness of the movement, but can always improve. Cons The voices are limited, but you can easily import voices from 3d party clients. Really great how they mistreat you. Cons For me, they are scammers. If I could, I would give a 0 star rating... Look, this was the situation: First of all, I canceled my subscription inside the platform last month and they charged me again anyway, but it doesn't stop there. Into my account history I have paid for 4 months for a 15 minute credit. Actually, 3 monthly payments paid, with the exception of this one (march 2024) now that I'm asking for cancellation and refund. By my calculations (and by the calculation of anyone who knows how to add), this is the equivalent of 45 minutes of credits for video generation. My total video generation history was exactly 9 credits, equivalent to 9 minutes. Where the hell did the other 36 minutes go? Totally scammers Review Source FC Frank C. Pros The pricing, while I think is a little expensive, is on par with its competitors and actually enough cheaper with better functionality to warrant the cost. I am researching for a potential purchase. It has risen to the top. Now to convince the Finance Dept. Cons The avatars speech patterns were awkward at times, compared to the competitors, but the hand gesturing and facial movements and expressions made up for it.
