The look is a little dated and dreary. But Im seriously reaching for something to say here.
I hadn't used it for several months, due to lack of need, and when I got back on having to learn to navigate the version updates... but then again that really was on me.
I hate having to input them all and I wish you would have System that would automatically add without me having to pay for another service.
It was a low emotional investment that I could do even in grief. I credit Jesus and my communication with my team to part of why I was able to maintain my business during that season of hard.

"An Amazing Small Business Tool"
Overall: I've had a lot of great experiences with Project Broadcast. My subscribers love it and I do too, so what more can I ask for? All the issues and questions I've had have been resolved by customer service quickly. I'm looking forward to getting more familiar with the service and doing some really cool things!
Pros: It's super easy to share news with my subscribers, but it also has a lot of complex features so I can make things more precise or streamlined if I want to.
Cons: Sometimes it's difficult to find the tab/setting for what I'm looking for
"Waste of money, Total Scam"
Overall: This never worked. Could not set it up. Support is non existent. They expect you to do a training on video which was not helpful. Tried to cancel, they charged me anyway even though I never used a single credit. Project Broadcast is a scam and bad company.
Pros: Nothing. It never worked. Hard to navigate & understand what you get for the price. Too complicated & expensive. Price does not equal product delivery.
Cons: They do not have a clear pricing breakdown when signing up. I still have no understanding of what you get per ‘credit’. No support except AI bots or email.

Pros: In my business, I often need to send several people the same message. I love that I can personalize each text, schedule a delivery time when I can be available to respond personally, and even automate recurring messages such as birthday greetings.
Cons: I really have not found any drawbacks to PB for professional use.

Overall: PB gives you so much time back to your life. I actually have “what should I do now moments” and love it! 🥰
Pros: With the program, I’m sending out the text messages to all my guests and parties. It has saved me so much time and basically giving me my life back from keeping my nose in the computer.! Thankful for PB!
Cons: Fell like some custom fields should auto populate to the guest custom field like host name for the party they are tagged to. Only thing honestly lol
