At 1st loved it, now feeling like its just an added expense. 8.00 just to keep it open now that people have that number.

Pros

Able to reach all my contacts at one time, being able to set groups and water fall timing. As well as not habe my personal # out there

Cons

The price especially since I have experienced a low in my business, but to keep the contacts I still.have to pay 8.00 a month. If I send to all my contacts its probably 50 and then to be able to respond to them I have to add to it. It gets very expensive to only get 10-20 responses and half of them being stop

Pros

I like how they have many options to make sending out bulk messages to my customers easier. I like how I can create templates for common used messages instead of having to constantly copy and past. I also love how it can be scheduled so it dont matter what time I'm working I can get things done. When I've had issues I contacted them and they were adament on helping me out and trying to resolve the issue.

Cons

I dont partically like the cost to well. It does seem a little high but I dont know any other companies to compare the price to so I'm not a good judge for that.

Very easy set up and training on how to use it. I can at anytime easily figure out what I need to do by watching the tutorials.

Pros

I love the ease of sending out messages to my entire team with one simple set up. I also love that there is an app for my phone so I can do it on the fly.

Cons

I have not really found any cons with project Broadcast. Simple to use and make my life way easier as I am super busy.

It's been easy to get started. I didn't have a text service before and I'm excited to integrate one into my small business to help grow and reach more people.

Pros

It's user friendly and easy to access everything in one space. AIVA is also very helpful when I get lost on how to set something up correctly.

Cons

I'm not very tech savvy and there are some confusing aspects to integrating between other platforms, but the AIVA feature is very helpful.

My overall experience has been excellent I’ve used it daily since joining and it is made messaging my customers a lot easier and smoother and has saved me a ton of time.

Pros

Project Broadcast is so easy to use. I was able to upload all my contacts and start sending messages immediately.

Cons

At first it was difficult to understand the credits and trying to figure out which package I needed but once I went through the tutorials I was able to understand a lot more

Project Broadcast has been great for keeping in touch with my team and my customers

Pros

I love that I can message my customers all at once about certain promotions or sales. It helps me stay in touch with my team as well, and I love that you can customize it and add the person’s name to messages so it feels more personal.

Cons

It is kind of hard to figure out, but if you play around with it, anyone can learn it

I love that I have an exact spot for all my business messages and they can all go at once and not clog up my personal feed with it.

Cons

Sometimes I feel like I can’t keep track if someone sends out the messages for me because it doesn’t show up on my end that it was done.
