Easy to use and easy to customize. Especially compared to other similar services I have used in the past.

Having to buy credits so often when I run out during the month.

I’ve tried several mass texting platforms in the last 15 years, PB is hands down above the rest for ease and rapid communications.

Pros

Seamless connections; first class customer service. Since using PB I have doubled the conversations with my customers!

Cons

No issues at all. Truly even coming from another platform the support was awesome.

### "I'm being held hostage over credits"

Pros

Mass texting, that's about it. It has some good features but doesn't make up for the HUGE CON

Cons

You can never pause your account or downgrade or you lose all your credits. So I could catch up in about 3 months but they want my $22 a month so bad that they're holding me hostage so I don't lose over 9k credits I have. Have to keep paying every month or you lose them. This is literally THEFT.

Pros

I like how they have many options to make sending out bulk messages to my customers easier. I like how I can create templates for common used messages instead of having to constantly copy and past. I also love how it can be scheduled so it dont matter what time I'm working I can get things done. When I've had issues I contacted them and they were adament on helping me out and trying to resolve the issue.

Cons

I dont partically like the cost to well. It does seem a little high but I dont know any other companies to compare the price to so I'm not a good judge for that.

Great! Not my first experience with a crm and has been the easiest to use.

Pros

Easy to use and upload existing contacts. Also integrated well with my other systems too.

Cons

Takes some time to understand how to use the integrations

so far so good. I've been using it for a month. I've recommended it to 3 other women in the same business so far.

Pros

Scheduling texts, especially on holidays. It makes it so easy and I don't have to think about it day of. I love that it helps me keep all of the customers messages in one app as opposed to taking over my text messages. -Probably my most favorite part actually.

Cons

I would love to be able to react to a comment with an emoji, like I can do with a regular text message. (Hold on the message and have a few options to react to it...heart, laugh, question mark...things like that.)

Overall it’s been very positive! Much cheaper than my old system and much more user friendly

Pros

Easy to use, and lots of training info for when you start out. I also like that it has texting, and email in one so I can pay for just one service. Also love the schedule feature for texting!

Cons

It doesn’t have a shipping system integrated or connect with square. My old system imported my orders from square invoices, and allowed me to buy a shipping label. Then it automatically sent the tracking info to the customer via text.

Pros

How easy it is to create broadcasts, landing pages, campaigns, drips, etc.

I haven’t found anything I’m not happy with yet.

I just switched over to PB from another similar company. PB is much more user friendly and easy to use. I use the app as well as the website on my laptop. Both simplify communication with my clients.

Pros

I love that PB is user friendly. Everything is at your fingertips and is easy to figure out. If you aren't sure how to do something you can easily find the instructions on how to do it.

Cons

I go through the credits too quickly. That isn't a problem with PB, it's a problem with me using it so much because I love it.

The ease to make phone calls with my number used through has happened without any issues and not being charged for what I am currently paying for texts and emails. My overall experience has been a good one.

Pros

I loved the ease of switching it over from Twilio and it working immediately. I also like the fact that I am contacted regarding the services I am receiving in addition to being notified when I am being charged.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like about it.

Pros

saves me a lot of time to send my texts out to our members. and I can categorize them as needed. I also like the AI portion. to make my texts friendlier.

Cons

the set up is sometime difficult to manage. Like if I tag someone, it doesn't seem easy to untag them, if I've made a mistake. but overall, I figure it out.

PB has been a total game changer for my business and the number of people I need to reach that may not always be tuned into my socials or other marketing. If you've been on the fence this is your sign to hop over to the PB side and join!

Pros

I can reach more people faster when I have something I need to share with all of my customers. I love that I don't get charged if there is an incorrect email or phone number, or when someone unsubscribes. I love that I can schedule things ahead so I can set them up and forget about them.

Cons

I really haven't found anything that I don't like. Everything has been user friendly and great for my business.

It is a user-friendly interface with great access to training. The ability to include pictures, links and really customize. Your messaging is so important and this product does it all. The sky is the limit?

Cons

Pros

is easy to use and even offers free training for their more advanced features. I love how i can schedule messages, it saves me so much time!

Cons

I wish there was an in between tier between 'pay as you' and the base subscription. Even as is. I think the price is fair.

Cons

I’m still learning so it’s hard to say. I was lucky enough to have one of my consultants on my team. Help me set it up I am a very visual person so it was a little hard for me to get through the written end of setting things up.
