Pros

Easy to use and easy to customize. Especially compared to other similar services I have used in the past.

Cons

Having to buy credits so often when I run out during the month.

Great! Not my first experience with a crm and Project Broadcast has been the easiest to use.

Pros

Easy to use and upload existing contacts. Also integrated well with my other systems too.

Cons

Takes some time to understand how to use the integrations

Pros

I like how they have many options to make sending out bulk messages to my customers easier. I like how I can create templates for common used messages instead of having to constantly copy and past. I also love how it can be scheduled so it dont matter what time I'm working I can get things done. When I've had issues I contacted them and they were adament on helping me out and trying to resolve the issue.

Cons

I dont partically like the cost to well. It does seem a little high but I dont know any other companies to compare the price to so I'm not a good judge for that.

Pros

Mass texting, that's about it. It has some good features but doesn't make up for the HUGE CON

Cons

You can never pause your account or downgrade or you lose all your credits. So I could catch up in about 3 months but they want my $22 a month so bad that they're holding me hostage so I don't lose over 9k credits I have. Have to keep paying every month or you lose them. This is literally THEFT.

Very easy set up and training on how to use it. I can at anytime easily figure out what I need to do by watching the tutorials.

Pros

I love the ease of sending out messages to my entire team with one simple set up. I also love that there is an app for my phone so I can do it on the fly.

Cons

I have not really found any cons with project Broadcast. Simple to use and make my life way easier as I am super busy.

so far so good. I've been using it for a month. I've recommended it to 3 other women in the same business so far.

Pros

Scheduling texts, especially on holidays. It makes it so easy and I don't have to think about it day of. I love that it helps me keep all of the customers messages in one app as opposed to taking over my text messages. -Probably my most favorite part actually.

Cons

I would love to be able to react to a comment with an emoji, like I can do with a regular text message. (Hold on the message and have a few options to react to it...heart, laugh, question mark...things like that.)

I’ve tried several mass texting platforms in the last 15 years, PB is hands down above the rest for ease and rapid communications.

Pros

Seamless connections; first class customer service. Since using PB I have doubled the conversations with my customers!

Cons

No issues at all. Truly even coming from another platform the support was awesome.

Once I learned the basics, I was able to send multiple text messages, track who was clicking on my website and the resulting sales more than cover the cost of the app

Pros

The ability to draft a single text that is personalized to all my contacts in minutes. I earn credits by taking courses to teach me how to get the most out of the app

Cons

How long it takes to learn all the aspects of the program. I spent days taking different courses to learn the basics of sending text messages. Some people would give up before discovering the benefits

Reason for choosing Project Broadcast

I did not consider any other alternative products

Overall it’s been very positive! Much cheaper than my old system and much more user friendly

Pros

Easy to use, and lots of training info for when you start out. I also like that it has texting, and email in one so I can pay for just one service. Also love the schedule feature for texting!

Cons

It doesn’t have a shipping system integrated or connect with square. My old system imported my orders from square invoices, and allowed me to buy a shipping label. Then it automatically sent the tracking info to the customer via text.

The ease to make phone calls with my number used through Project Broadcast has happened without any issues and not being charged for what I am currently paying for texts and emails. My overall experience has been a good one.

Pros

I loved the ease of switching it over from Twilio and it working immediately. I also like the fact that I am contacted regarding the services I am receiving in addition to being notified when I am being charged.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like about it.

Pros

Project Broadcast is so easy to use. I was able to upload all my contacts and start sending messages immediately.

Cons

At first it was difficult to understand the credits and trying to figure out which package I needed but once I went through the tutorials I was able to understand a lot more

Pros

saves me a lot of time to send my texts out to our members. and I can categorize them as needed. I also like the AI portion. to make my texts friendlier.

Cons

the set up is sometime difficult to manage. Like if I tag someone, it doesn't seem easy to untag them, if I've made a mistake. but overall, I figure it out.

I've been using PB for a few weeks and so far it's lead to more engagement with potential customers.

Pros

PB allows me schedule posts in advance for my business like message blasts, follow up messages and assists with keeping me in compliance with messaging laws. I have no need to get an additional phone for my business thru my mobile carrier and keeps my private number private. Plus I never miss a business call or message.

Cons

I'm a hands-on learner so it's taken me a while to get the hang of the different features of the app. I want to be PB ninja so I'm not going to let that be a barrier to success.

All the issues and questions I've had have been resolved by customer service quickly. I'm looking forward to getting more familiar with the service and doing some really cool things!

Pros

It's super easy to share news with my subscribers, but it also has a lot of complex features so I can make things more precise or streamlined if I want to.

Cons

Sometimes it's difficult to find the tab/setting for what I'm looking for

Pros

With the program, I’m sending out the text messages to all my guests and parties. It has saved me so much time and basically giving me my life back from keeping my nose in the computer.! Thankful for PB!

Fell like some custom fields should auto populate to the guest custom field like host name for the party they are tagged to. Only thing honestly lol

So far so good. I look forward to learning how to use this program more!! Great time saver especially for the small business owner that is a one woman or one-man operation. Email from the support team is also very helpful. I would recommend this program to my business friends or even someone that send a lot of email for team events, etc.

Pros

Fairly easy to use even for an old not up to date computer person as myself. After, screwing up my first attempt at flying solo and sending a message with a link attached I did some of the excellent provided training and next one went out like a breeze. This is the best time saver yet!!! If you have a business and you send text messages this will simplify your life.

Cons

Pricing was a little confusing at first, but you can actually earn credits to your account (free services). I am learning more about this program daily!!
