It helps me stay in touch with my team as well, and I love that you can customize it and add the person’s name to messages so it feels more personal. It has so many great features and I'm excited to learn them all and use them to grow my business. Pros All the features and add ins that you can customize and save as templates for saving time later when communicating the same message over and over again. Cons The fact that you can't add a contact with just an email account. If you don't have a phone number you can't save a contact. Sometimes my prospects will only give me an email address. AIVA is also very helpful when I get lost on how to set something up correctly. I also like the fact that I am contacted regarding the services I am receiving in addition to being notified when I am being charged. Cons I haven't found anything I don't like about it. If you've been on the fence this is your sign to hop over to the PB side and join! Pros I can reach more people faster when I have something I need to share with all of my customers. I love that I don't get charged if there is an incorrect email or phone number, or when someone unsubscribes. I love that I can schedule things ahead so I can set them up and forget about them. I used a different provider before and it came to my attention that about half weren’t actually receiving my texts, so while PB is more expensive that what I was paying before, at least texts are getting into hands. Pros Outside of it being easy to use and having a higher receive rate than the provider I used prior, I also receive a notification if a text doesn’t send. I also like the ease of being able to switch people in and out of campaigns. Cons I don’t have any dislikes. Overall, things have worked as I anticipated. There have been a few hiccups where things weren’t sending, but it seems like those issues were resolved relatively quickly. PB is much more user friendly and easy to use. I use the app as well as the website on my laptop. Both simplify communication with my clients. Pros I love that PB is user friendly. Everything is at your fingertips and is easy to figure out. If you aren't sure how to do something you can easily find the instructions on how to do it. Cons I go through the credits too quickly. That isn't a problem with PB, it's a problem with me using it so much because I love it.
