My favorite is creating messages for my customers, then scheduling them to send whenever I want! Pros Project Broadcast is easy to use and even offers free training for their more advanced features. I love how i can schedule messages, it saves me so much time! Cons I wish there was an in between tier between 'pay as you' and the base subscription. Even as is. I think the price is fair. My subscribers love it and I do too, so what more can I ask for? All the issues and questions I've had have been resolved by customer service quickly. I'm looking forward to getting more familiar with the service and doing some really cool things! Pros It's super easy to share news with my subscribers, but it also has a lot of complex features so I can make things more precise or streamlined if I want to. December 10, 2024 5.0 Very helpful and so happy that I have something to keep my business on track! Pros This app keeps you so organized and is a huge time saver! I love that you can keep in contact with customers regularly without having to always type a message and keep track of who and when you need to send them a reminder or update. Cons I’m still fairly new at using it so I haven’t really had any negative experiences yet. I used a different provider before and it came to my attention that about half weren’t actually receiving my texts, so while PB is more expensive that what I was paying before, at least texts are getting into hands. Pros Outside of it being easy to use and having a higher receive rate than the provider I used prior, I also receive a notification if a text doesn’t send. I also like the ease of being able to switch people in and out of campaigns. Cons I don’t have any dislikes. Overall, things have worked as I anticipated. There have been a few hiccups where things weren’t sending, but it seems like those issues were resolved relatively quickly. Switched from [BombBomb](https://www.capterra.com/p/117295/BombBomb/) Because I realized about half of my people weren’t receiving my monthly texts. I actually have “what should I do now moments” and love it! 🥰 Pros With the program, I’m sending out the text messages to all my guests and parties. It has saved me so much time and basically giving me my life back from keeping my nose in the computer.! Thankful for PB! I would recommend this program to my business friends or even someone that send a lot of email for team events, etc. Pros Fairly easy to use even for an old not up to date computer person as myself. After, screwing up my first attempt at flying solo and sending a message with a link attached I did some of the excellent provided training and next one went out like a breeze. This is the best time saver yet!!! If you have a business and you send text messages this will simplify your life.
