I'm still learning. Its been a great tool so far. Pros Ease of sending many messages at once and being able to schedule them is a plus. I love that you can keep in contact with customers regularly without having to always type a message and keep track of who and when you need to send them a reminder or update. Cons I’m still fairly new at using it so I haven’t really had any negative experiences yet. I actually have “what should I do now moments” and love it! 🥰 Pros With the program, I’m sending out the text messages to all my guests and parties. It has saved me so much time and basically giving me my life back from keeping my nose in the computer.! Thankful for PB! After, screwing up my first attempt at flying solo and sending a message with a link attached I did some of the excellent provided training and next one went out like a breeze. This is the best time saver yet!!! If you have a business and you send text messages this will simplify your life.
