I can do what I need to but I like if someone shows me how the first time. So I was excited to find training for everything from the basics to more advanced. I also like that you can enter them into a campaign and go about your day. There is no way I could keep up with all the details of follow up, so my customers have better customer care! I’m even thinking about using this at our church! Cons There is a learning curve. I’m not very techy, so I actually hired someone to set it up for me and walk me through it over the phone. Pros Able to reach all my contacts at one time, being able to set groups and water fall timing. As well as not habe my personal # out there Cons The price especially since I have experienced a low in my business, but to keep the contacts I still.have to pay 8.00 a month. If I send to all my contacts its probably 50 and then to be able to respond to them I have to add to it.
