I love that I can easily adjust the messages in my campaigns if needed. Pros I really like that you can personalize it with their name. I also like that you can enter them into a campaign and go about your day. There is no way I could keep up with all the details of follow up, so my customers have better customer care! I’m even thinking about using this at our church! Cons There is a learning curve. I’m not very techy, so I actually hired someone to set it up for me and walk me through it over the phone. I can do what I need to but I like if someone shows me how the first time. So I was excited to find training for everything from the basics to more advanced. As well as the AI bot to ask questions and not feel like I’m bothering someone with simple questions. Still learning but I like it so far! Pros I love how easy Project Broadcast makes it to get started. With trainings for each step of the way. Earning extra credits for taking the trainings is just the cherry on top!
