I look forward to learning more and also to email marketing being an option. Pros I started subscribing to PB in March. My business has picked up so much since then. We can’t rely on social media and email marketing this day in time. Texting is where it’s at! Cons There’s still so much to learn. At times, I feel like it’s over my head. April 27, 2024 5.0 Overall, our company has been happy with the additional of this form of communication. It has helped increase our parent and staff engagement by tenfold! I also feel like we truly get the most value out of this service. Pros Project Broadcast has become a mainstream way for us to communicate with our parents and internal staff members such as teachers and operations team. One success story was we needed to collect student registration forms from parents before the beginning of the school year and within the first hour of sending out about 300 text messages, 100 of those parents completed the form. The text messages that went out made it easy to attach a flyer, track a link, and make it convenient for families to do things quicker on a mobile device. I also love the Project Broadcast self-paced videos and guides as a training component that offered credits as incentives and that also helped me get more accustomed to Project Broadcast in a short period of time. Cons When Project Broadcast updated some of their formatting, it made it a bit challenging to navigate the system, but it took some getting used to. I wish there was a way to recall or delete a message that was accidentally sent. I wish it also had other languages available for translation versus me having to rely on Google translate. I like that I can schedule messages to go to my customer list. Its important to me to work efficiently, and this is one tool to help me do that. I also like that I have a local phone number, but not my phone number. In setting boundaries for my time, I can check these messages when it works for me rather than being bombarde on my personal number. It is also nice to create bundles to share with other on my team. Cons I would like to remove old campaigns and haven't figured out an efficient way to do this. Finally something to help me be more consistent! Pros I dove into the tutorials, it was so simple to set up, and is very easy to use. I am often finding new things I can do, for example running contests. My messages come from a local number, and customers reply directly back to them. Personalizing messages is easy. Tracking how my messages are responded to helps me know what works and what does not. Cons Once I took time to learn how the program works, I saw no cons! Pros Project Broadcast helps me to stay in touch with my customers. I can set up easy follow up campaigns that seamlessly go out when customers order. It helps me provide that customer service that I would love to get from businesses that I use. It also allows me to track customers past purchases and needs. I can set up a text to send out when we have a deal or special and target it to the right customer. Cons There are a lot of functions that I have not explored or used yet. Cons I don’t care for the fact that there are some words that would mark a message as “spam”, & then the message won’t be sent out.
