Pros

I was using another service. A few dollars cheaper. A little more complicated to use and I experienced many issues with service. I have not had a single issue with PB and they have been so helpful. I was set up on a single day.

Pros

has saved me oodles and oodles of time since I started using it a few years ago. I would definitely not be where I am in the customer care side of my biz without my PB assistant.

Cons

A little better integration perhaps? To be able to use my PB number in WhatsApp would be delightful. Also, the ability to accept multiple pics that were sent in the same text... oh how lovely that would be.

I have had a very good experience with PB and find it essential to moving my business forward.

Pros

I enjoy being able to schedule messages in advance so that I can have consistent communication, even when life doesn't feel consistent. I also appreciate the desiganted fields that enable me to easily personalize messages without the need to type the same message over and over.

Cons

There are times when I would like a group chat feature for when I am having a conversation with more than one person.

I used to spend a LOT of time sending product notifications to my customers. has streamlined this process. It now only takes 3-5 minutes to send notifications to hundreds of people, while making it look like a personal message from me to them.

Pros

Being able to schedule mass texts that appear personal to a group of people is important for taking care of customers. is easy to use.

Cons

I wish that we could send more than one graphic without creating a link.

I love it! It was worth the time invested to learn the program because it has saved me countless hours!

Pros

PB allows me to connect with my customers and team more effectively. I can reach a large audience with a short time investment. It allows me to reach them on a more personal level which makes my marketing more effective. It also gives me freedom in my time to schedule my messaging when I have the time, rather than being constantly on my phone. I communicate when it’s convenient for me!

Cons

Learning all the locations of the features can be confusing. Some of the icons/symbols are not the norm so took time to learn.

It’s been great! I don’t have a reason to complain and probably never will.

Pros

The chat feature of that allows you to chat with contacts through a text message without using credits

Cons

We don’t always use all of our credits in a month. In fact the majority of them roll over.

I do like the overall idea and quality of pb that I have actually suggested it to family members for kids going to college and then wanting to make make family announcements, as opposed to a 'group text' this way everyone gets the individual message without everyone seeing and getting every single reply to the message, it's nice to be able to get personal messages when you don't get to see people everyday, especially when you are away from home!

Pros

I like that i can set my campaigns for sending now or a week or even a month from now, it's really nice that if a people/customers get added they can receive past messages. I also like that I don't have to worry about removing people if they don't want to get messages for whatever reason, yet I get notified, it's nice to have the training from pb as well.

Cons

There are things about setting up campaigns that I do find frustrating and difficult writing the app that is necessary to use the website/laptop to make it easier to set things up, which can be harder when traveling or trying to quickly set something up that comes up that i may have forgotten or want to quickly add.

I’ve been a customer of PB for over 4 years and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made to add to my business operations. Once you get all of the tags, campaigns and such set up it practically works for you!

Pros

I love being able to add tags to each of my customers names so that I can keep track of who buys what. This is great for when we have a sale on that specific item. I also love being able to schedule messages. I can remind customers of their upcoming orders, about unused coupons, send them a birthday message. I love being able to also send mass messages that come to them as an individual message. Another thing I’ve enjoyed utilizing is the AI addition. It helps me rephrase things to give an extra flare to my message and helps me to know if my message will send without issues.

Cons

I don’t believe I have any issues with PB.

Overall I'm very pleased with . I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to get content delivered to a large group of people in a timely fashion.

Pros

I love that I can have a separate number that my customers can contact me through that will only be business-related topics. I love being able to personalize mass texts going out so that each customer is being addressed individually. I like the feature that can be turned on to have customers officially opt in to receiving texts.

Cons

Sometimes it's overwhelming because there's so much to learn. Just when I started learning it pretty well, they completely changed it & it's like starting from scratch with learning everything.

I have not had any issues, and when I have customer services has been on top of it 100%. I appreciate all the new support and new features that you guys are continually adding. My son is in IT development and has worked with NASA so I know it’s not an easy job. Thank you.

Pros

I like that there are a lot more fields that I can customize and I can upload a lot more tags to make it more mine. I like the new option of being able to pay for credits by the year versus per month.

Cons

The coffee cup/pot, icon, and the reloading/updating screen. Also, would like to see clarification on wording when batch deletes are going to be done. So if I want to delete a badge of tags, whether it’s just going to be those that I selected or all of the tags in my complete history where we deleted or just the ones that I selected.

Pros

Contact Management, the simple ability to be able to send updates and information to my Clients and prospects. It is professional and very easy to take it one step at a time and learn features. As a 64 yr old and not very techy, I am loving it for building my business.

Cons

Love the feautres, I'm just trying not to be overwhelmed with it all. I have to say, each and every training is great.

Once you get the hang of it, it’s very easy. And the step-by-step video training classes help you get through and learn so much. I also love that they are available for you to speak to when you have issues or questions. my favorite part is that it saves me time and and that I can have birthdays set up to send my customers gifts.

Pros

All the features! It’s hard to choose, which one I like best. The auto responses are fabulous!

Cons

So far I can’t really think of anything as a con.

The support and customer service and training have been exceptional! Highly recommend!

Pros

I love being able to efficiently communicate with my team, as well as my customers and prospects. The attendance at my live, and online events has gone up dramatically because of my ability to schedule reminders and pre-event communication. Educating customers after the sale, and keeping in touch regarding all things around their account has been super helpful for building relationships.

Cons

Sometimes it is a challenge to learn how to set up certain functions but once I learn it it’s easy.

I haven’t used the FB group much but will in the near future. PB has been very easy to use, so if I can use it, you’ll be able too!!

Pros

I love being able to send a personalized message to all my clients (currently 200+) in one click, I love the AI feature and the scheduling feature.

Cons

I find it on the pricey side. With this price, I’d like more added.

My overall experience has been very good. Any support issues are taken care of immediately. I had a previous messaging service, but this one has so many other options available to make it very easy to communicate with my customers and establish those relationships

Pros

I love the ability to be able to schedule my messages and set up a response when they answer. It makes it much easier to be able to spend time with my customers instead of constantly typing out messages.

Cons

The fact that I cannot organize them into folders and I have to go through my lists of customers that are not to receive a mass message. Some of the training leaves a little to be desired and some of them are a little confusing.
