I love the ease of use but also how much time it saves me. The fields to be able to insert the contacts names makes it even better

I wish you could send multiple Images with one message

PB has been one of the most valuable systems I've put into place with my business. It frees up so much of my time to focus more on my actual business. It helps keep my customers active, and I dint think I could manage all that without PB.

Pros

The ease of setting up, the video trainings and ability to rewatch, and learn when I have time...and also earn free credits by taking the free classes!

Cons

I love it all, there are so many great things.

Pros

I love how easy it makes it to support customers in their first 90 days. Helps increase retention and keeps all our communication in one place.

Cons

I can do a three way text. It would be nice in my business as I operate on referrals to enable a customer to add a number to their text and have it come through to PB.

It’s been great. Customers are happy with how they get info and it has increased my communication, follow up and sales

Pros

It changed my business. I’m not a texting person, but when my customer survey showed 80% preferred text messages I knew I had to find a solution. I love that I can do this from my computer, schedule messages and it’s done.

Cons

Nothing. I really haven’t found anything.

Pros

I learned of Project Broadcast through a friend. I delayed using it for months and wish I had not. It has changed my ability to easily communicate with my team and customers. I can train, send out important info and market to my customers with ease. Game changer!

Cons

So far-nothing. I am happy with it overall.

Excellent. Customer service is top notch. The team is very responsive to questions. In additon, the training modules are fantastic!

Pros

The ease of use. I can respond to customer and team members in one application.

Cons

I have not complaints about PB. I only wish it had email capability and integrated with Facebook Messenger. That would make it complete, in my humble opinion 😉

I just truly enjoy their services. Idk how other who don’t use PB conduct their business without it. My time is valuable and I also have a full time job so this helps me so much!

Pros

It’s a big time, time saver. It allows me to use the time I would be using texting follow ups, host coaching, bookings, etc every single customer, hostess, potential recruits daily and use it else where.

Cons

Having to reload or update purchasing information on a desktop/laptop PC only.

love it, super easy to use after following the training. Completing training does take some time but you do earn credits for completing lessons too. I love it for my customer service follow ups, and to send thank you messages for orders, and sales messages when sales are announced.

Pros

Simplifies my customer service, makes sending sales and more super simple to my customers.

Cons

Figuring out drip campaigns and following along to the training toset everything up.

I really like all about Project Broadcast.

Cons

The only thing I have not mastered is the tags. When a customer gives you a home phone number the message is not sent. I can see the message is not sent but I have not taken the time to master how to remove them in mass to the no not message.

Pros

Project Broadcast has allowed me to "set & forget" my communications which is helpful as I run my business as a "side-gig" and tend to do my schedule my messaging early in the morning before my 9-5. I don't worry about contacting people "too early" and I am able to complete my work on a schedule that works for me!

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve with initial set-up but I am not tech savvy. There are lots of resources to help guide you through all features and many improvements to the system since I first started using PB.

It has a definite learning curve. learning exactly what each service does and how to set it up takes time. Thankfully the training courses helps.

I used to spend a LOT of time sending product notifications to my customers. Project Broadcast has streamlined this process. It now only takes 3-5 minutes to send notifications to hundreds of people, while making it look like a personal message from me to them.

There really isn't anything I don't like about project broadcast.
