I seriously love PB!! I set up scheduled texts oe the month and i dont have to worry about anything after they are saved! I also LOVE that i can go in and edit them before hand if needed.. easy peasy!! I also love that you offer so many possibilities of use for your business, with a super affordable price!!

Pros

I love just about everything.. and i keep learning more!! PB has been amazing since changing to them in August 24.

Cons

It does take some time to learn how to set up chats, but once you learn their set up, its fairly easy yo navigate!! The only con i cant think if is....I wish when clients call, that there was some kind of notification saying this is a PB filtered call coming through.

Hey Market was horrible. Wouldnt work half the time and the price was triple the amount with less options. I had issues with them ALL.THE.TIME. Havnt had a single issue with PB so far!

It has been great! Easy to get started and lots of how to videos to learn how to use all of the features!

Pros

The different styles of campaigns i can create. Helpful messages from the PB team. How to videos. Easy to use. Easy to import contacts.

Cons

I have not had any issues with Project Broadcast yet. Great product for the price.

Pros

I love that I can reach all my customer's and clients easily with one concise message but I can also reply to their needs individually and build relationships with them. I LOVE that I can track their interests and engagement through tags.

Cons

I wish I could "like, love, highlight" their comments instead of needing to reply with an emoji.. Minor Minor Minor observation that really doesn't impact anything in the long run

We LOVE it! It has been a huge timesaver.

Pros

Project Broadcast enables our team to keep in touch with the people and build relationships with them. We can automate our communication and keep track of our processes. It is affordable and a must use platform!

Cons

Occasionally messages are found unable to deliver. Project Broadcast has a fabulous deliverability scale that helps us refine our messages so this won't happen.

Pros

Cons

Initial set up for a newbie can be a little overwhelming only because there are SOOO many options- and I use most of them.

Pros

Project Broadcast allows me to the ability to schedule customer services one time verses trying remember to come back and touch base with my customers.

Cons

Learning to use the campaigns. They are a life savor, bit just takes a little time to learn it all. The countdown campaigns eliminated the struggle to get timing right.

When I switched to Project Broadcast is was simply to reduce my costs. PB was a better price at that time.

The customer service is fantastic.. The \[sensitive content hidden\] developer has been so kind to me.. If you are in Direct Sales you need to have Project Broadcast.. In my opinion you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not have it :) Its worth every penny.

Pros

It makes everything faster, easier and is a lifesaver for my business.. If you struggle staying on task or having systems in place to retain customers you need this!

Cons

Lol.. Well I guess that I had to learn new things.. But really it is exciting to learn

I absolutely love pb. Its easy to use & I love that it has an app.

Pros

I love that Project Broadcast gives me a phone number that I can text and call my customers or potential recruit. It allows me to keep a professional working number so that I do not have to use my personal cell phone number. I love that there is an app to all of the information. I also love that everything is in one place.

Cons

There is not really anything that I can think of that. I don’t like about Project Broadcast.

I love PB. It is easy to use and has almost everything you could possibly need to stay connected with your customer base via text. It's so much more personal because it is a real number and is so easy to use.

Pros

I love how much time it saves me to be able to easily set up a set of messages for my customers and stay in contact with them regularly and easily!

Cons

I can't use PB as a verification number for things like FB and such as it won't allow text messages from those types of things to come through.

Reason for choosing Project Broadcast

The price point of PB is better than any that I had researched, and the features were so much better!

Pros

Project Broadcast creates huge efficiencies and automation with my business. It better allows me to work WHEN I want since I can schedule messages for appropriate times. It helps me stay on top of following up with customers, connect with them, connect with my team, and creates less work instead of more!

Cons

The only improvement I would love to see is more organization ability and folders within some of the areas of Project Broadcast. This is not holding me back from using this, but would just make things a little easier to organize templates and campaigns!

I started subscribing to PB in March. My business has picked up so much since then. We can’t rely on social media and email marketing this day in time. Texting is where it’s at!

There’s still so much to learn. At times, I feel like it’s over my head. I just try to keep it simple and do basic texting.

I will stay with PB because of the customer support. The team is constantly offering trainings, partnering with companies & podcasts and offering support via the Facebook group.

Pros

No more lost messages! I love that my business conversations are all in one space. Being able to customize, schedule and quickly message several customers & teammates at once is an absolute game changer!

Cons

That we don’t have email! Having all my customer communication (both text & email) happening in one app would be extremely helpful. I also wish we had folders for templates, landing pages & campaigns. But overall, love PB!
