BizMagnets gave us the structure we were looking for — without disrupting the way our team works. Our operations were already well-organized, but mostly manual and chat-driven. With BizMagnets, we were able to bring in ticketing, tracking, and automation directly into WhatsApp, which made adoption smooth across departments. We've also integrated it with our HR, finance, and CRM tools to reduce follow-ups and streamline coordination. It’s not just a shared inbox — it’s a system built around how real mid-market ops teams function in chat.

Pros

BizMagnets gave us a structured way to manage support and service operations on WhatsApp. Instead of scattered group chats and manual tracking, our team can now create tickets directly from WhatsApp conversations — when needed — and assign them, track their status, and follow up with proper visibility. It works the way we already operate, without forcing us to adopt a new system or train our team on a different platform.

Cons

The mobile apps are still in early stages, and not all features available on the web version are fully supported on mobile yet. It’s not a dealbreaker, but for teams that rely heavily on mobile, this could be a limitation in certain workflows. The product team has been transparent about this and is actively improving it.
