The AI-powered recommendation blew me away. **Pros:** Guided by questions and AI prompts, I was able to build my business plan with ease. It provided a lot of value for the money. The financial planning (modeling) was less intuitive, but the AI tool got me back on track quickly. I also love having access to Booking An Expert when I need help. **Cons:** I was excited to have one platform to store multiple business plans. Unfortunately, it was not clear how to create multiple business plans. Marco P. I tried it for 1 day, I paid 1 year subscription and I have now lost a new subscription not authorised. Furthermore, \[sensitive content hidden\], share my personal detail across the network missing respect of privacy and gdpr rules. Vendor Response By ProAI on November 12, 2025 Like most subscription software, we inform potential subscribers at the point of sale that they will be automatically charged for renewal if they don’t cancel the service 24 hours prior to renewal. We also send multiple notices to subscribers via email (45 days ahead of renewal, 7 days ahead of payment). Each of these include instructions to cancel and avoid auto-renewal. In accordance with GDPR, we provide subscriber deliverables exclusively as evidence of usage of the platform when usage is disputed, and only upon request. Generally, if a subscriber shares that they accidentally renewed out of an honest mistake to not cancel when intended, we offer to waive and/or refund the balance if given feedback. In this particular case we did not, because the subscriber made unfounded claims that they never used it, that we abused them, and threatened us with bad reviews. We do not negotiate when threatened and accused as a matter of principle. We wish this subscriber nothing but the best.
