The platform has exceeded my expectations, providing the depth of its market research and how it crafted the story of my business. The AI-powered recommendation blew me away.

Pros

Guided by questions and AI prompts, I was able to build my business plan with ease. It provided a lot of value for the money. The financial planning (modeling) was less intuitive, but the AI tool got me back on track quickly. I also love having access to Booking An Expert when I need help.

Cons

I was excited to have one platform to store multiple business plans. Unfortunately, it was not clear how to create multiple business plans.

I stumbled onto ProAI I believe through IG. It has saved me so much time, caused me to organize and focus with a mission statement with in minutes, educated me with my competition and how my business stands apart. ProAI provided marketing analysis, how and what would be beneficial for my business. For an artist / business woman ProAI provided me with a very easy way to organize and produce a business plan that not only can use for funding applications but gives advice on where to look for funding. Incredible!

Pros

What I love about ProAI is that it is so easy to build a business plan. Business plans are usually overwhelming and daunting. Pro AI actually was fun and very easy to use. It was exciting to see an idea flesh out to an actual business. The marketing focus and financials analysis gave me a real life outline. What would of taken several weeks to gather this information was created in a couple hours. ProAI provided a blueprint to get my business off the ground.

Cons

The only con was not having an affiliate link so I could sell this for you! I naturally promote products that work for me. Would love to become a representative for ProAI.

Like most subscription software, we inform potential subscribers at the point of sale that they will be automatically charged for renewal if they don’t cancel the service 24 hours prior to renewal. We also send multiple notices to subscribers via email (45 days ahead of renewal, 7 days ahead of payment). Each of these include instructions to cancel and avoid auto-renewal. In accordance with GDPR, we provide subscriber deliverables exclusively as evidence of usage of the platform when usage is disputed, and only upon request. Generally, if a subscriber shares that they accidentally renewed out of an honest mistake to not cancel when intended, we offer to waive and/or refund the balance if given feedback. In this particular case we did not, because the subscriber made unfounded claims that they never used it, that we abused them, and threatened us with bad reviews. We do not negotiate when threatened and accused as a matter of principle. We wish this subscriber nothing but the best.

extremely impressed, I created a business plan for one of my small boutique hotels which I needed a business plan to submit to the bank and it created this for me and edited in less than an hour and submitted.I was also able to create a busines plan which I used as the outline for a very detailed deck for my climate change business , created a detailed investor list for me which I then used to e mail the investor deck , save hours and hours of time and research

creates great business plans which can then be edited, great market research , competitors analysis , , the speed which is conducts everything is incredible , save hours and hours of research, creates a sound business plan which normally would take weeks, overcomes my mind block . I love the option for the investor lists

Cons

editing the financials is fixed formula for forecasting growth over a number of years and restricted on the editing , it would be great to gradually reduce the forecast and growth rate rather than what ever if fixed in the first year growth .Also restricts the investor list for the country the company is registered in .

Fast, easy to use and excellent customer service. The Business Plan articulate and coherent, concise and detailed.

Cons

Nothing. I did not see any weaknesses so far, at least not for the business plan I did. However, based on this I don't think I will see any major issues with other documents it generates.

Great! Simply answer some questions and fill in a little detail and ProAI does the rest! The customer support/service has been great as well. I recommend PROAI to everyone.

The ease and thoroughness of the startup questionnaire to produce the business plan. Easy to use interface.

Cons

It is a bit difficult to cover all of the niche areas that may be part of our business. Like all AI's, it can become repetitive.

Cons

I wish it had broken out the financial section of the business plan on a month to month bases as oppose to the year. Many lenders were asking for monthly forecasting.

I was desperately looking for a business plan software and or app and could not find anything affordable, I was depressed and disappointed because I did not had thousands of dollars to spend for my first business plan and all my clients are small startup's with very limited cash seed capital. But I did not gave up and continued my efforts until through my determination bumped into ProAi app this was a life saver for me instantly I signed up with them the pricing was very reasonable starting at only $114 giving up to 5 business plan which brings down your cost to almost $22.80 which is not even enough nowadays to buy a reasonable lunch? BUT on my request to \[sensitive content hidden\] to give me better deal since I make business plans for my clientele as my livelihood they and their general manager was very generous to work with me and upgraded me to 100 business plan package exceptionally to help me build my business and eventually bring them more customers also by word of mouth. They are great people with soft heart and passion to help small business and professionals like me to grow. GOD BLESS their team.

Jeder Investor, der die Ausarbeitung studiert hat, war beeindruckt und konnte keinen Unterschied zur herkömmlichen Herangehensweise an einen Businessplan erkennen. Besser geht es nicht. Ich bin begeistert. Weiter so Team ProAi. well done. Sehr gut gemacht.

Die Flexibilität des Produktes mit der ich jederzeit Komponenten ändern und einen neuen Durchlauf starten konnte waren sehr beeindruckend.

Cons

Manchmal ist die Bedienführung etwas verwirrend und kleine Fehler waren sichtbar, wie zum Beispiel die Rolleneingabe. Wen man dort 2 Namen CEO and Founder eingibt, die ganze Rolle nicht im BP aufgeführt. Bei nur einem Namen, also CEO oder Founder, ging es dann. Das sind aber Lächerlichkeiten zu dem großartigen Produkt

I did quite a lot of research into the AI Bplan generators, and ProAI came out the best for my startup. And I am happy I made that choice.

Pros

I liked the way it used AI to help build the structure my business plan and give me a wonderful foundation on which to complete the plan. The hardest part is always writing the first sentences, and ProAI was excellent here.

Cons

Sometimes it should as a few more questions, such as on projected expenses, so it can reflect better the nature of the startup. Also, the team was limited to 5 persons, when in our case we had 7.
